I had the fish sandwich and it was overdone. The cheese fries were good. They remind me of the fries from The Training Table.The fry sauce was good. I liked the lemonade. I thought it was expensive for the quality of the food, but my husband likes this place because it reminds him of The Training Table.

JCW’s “The Burger Boys” makes incredible burgers. Lots of options here and consistently delicious. My favorite burger there is the Jalapeño Bacon Ranch. Friendly service and fairly quick getting the orders out. Bring the family and enjoy the experience.

Extremely terrible experience. Before Covid, JCW’s was an excellent place for chicken tenders. They were huge and didn’t taste cheap and they were the reason we always went back. However, ever since Covid JCW’s quality of food has gone out the window. We’ve attempted to get chicken tenders from JCW’s five different times now, each time hoping that they bring their old versions of chicken tenders back. Especially since it’s 2023 now and Covid shouldn’t be affecting JCW’s ability to access certain food items. But no. In fact, each time we go back the chicken tenders just keep getting more sad and disappointing. This last visit to JCW’s was the last straw and we’re calling it quits now. The chicken tenders we received can’t even be constituted as “chicken”. As you can see from my photos below, we received pieces of just fried and extremely dry and hard breading with dried out thin white bits in the middle. We also received these cold which was just the icing on the cake. The fact that they still charge the same for these small “tenders” as they did for their huge breast-sized chicken tenders that were available before Covid flabbergasts me. This whole visit was extremely disappointing and we’re never returning to JCW’s again.

The food here is good. But the actual customer service is really bad. Especially if you go through the drive through. I’ve been to this location several times and on average they take 6 to 8 minutes to get your food after you have paid. I’ve been at different times of the day and it’s the same wait.

I got glutened. I ordered a gluten free burger. A few bites in I thought the bun seemed different than the usual GF ones I’ve had from there. I realized they gave me a regular bun. I’ve been sick ever since. Still trying to get it out of my system. I’ve never had this happen to me at a JCW before. They are usually great.

Food is great and shakes are… “Greater”? They’re huge! I guess they should be for $10, but it’s worth it to get one every now and then. I also run doordash sometimes and I really appreciate that this is one of the very few places that has food ready to grab when I get to the location instead of having to sit and wait for the order to be prepared. Us dashers appreciate you guys!

If you go on a Friday or Saturday night expect a long wait time especially through the drive thru. Love the charbroiled burgers and cheese fries with ultimate fry sauce (Hickory BBQ sauce & Mayo). Somehow my wife and I find ourselves there every week or two and it’s always our guilty eat out place.
