Micheal the GM was very nice. He made sure I liked my food. I am picky about fries. I have to say I like all my food. My burger was good and so were the fries. The only thing I didn’t like is the lemonade was light. I like pink lemonade the most. But maybe a flavor lemonade would have been better.

We were headed south for the weekend and decided to stop and grab burgers for the drive. We went to the point of the mountain location. First thing, 2 hamburger meals should never cost $34. Second the burger was cold and the bun was as hard as rock. Third the fries were cold to the touch. The person at the window was nice. Overall one star at best and that was for the Coke. Thumbs down!

Came here on a recommendation of a friend while travelling to Utah. I like to grab a restaurant’s take on a classic burger so I got their All-American, but my wife got their Hawaiian burger with added jalapenos. Both were excellent. My friend recommended the chili cheese fries and ultimate sauce, and that was a whole meal in its self. We got way too much food, but it was all great! Pretty sweet and salty, but I’m used to cooking for toddlers, lol. The restaurant was decent too. Clean and good atmosphere.

The Burger Boys absolutely delivers.
I’ve only used the drive-thru so far, but the food is consistently excellent — hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Burgers are on point, fries are solid, and everything comes out exactly the way you expect it to.
The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly knows how to keep things moving without sacrificing quality. For a burger joint, that’s all you really want — and they nail it.
I’d go here any day of the week without hesitation. Highly recommended.

If you live in Utah and haven’t eaten at JCW’s, are you even a Utahn? This place is the definition of “bang for your buck.” It’s not cheap, but you’ll get your money’s worth of food.
The 3-piece chicken finger platter is my go-to. Bless the Hulk-sized chicken that gave its life to grace my plate. Each tender looks like it came off the wing of a condor or small ostrich! If Red Bull gives you wings, they’re clearly stuffing their birds with the stuff. Between the fries and the onion rings, I think they’re both equally good, so you won’t go wrong either way. The shakes are also incredible. Get a small and be in awe at what they consider that to be.

Always a great experience at JCWs. Enjoyed a Bacon Burger, Turkey Bacon Swiss Sandwich, and fries & onion rings. Everything was great, though the burger seemed a little dry. Needs more condiments. Excellent service and restaurant atmosphere. Definitely worth a return visit.

2/24/26 I ordered fish and chicken fingers, should have gotten what they’re famous for, burger. Fish not very tasty and was pretty oily and chicken was kind of bland. The place was real clean and stainless steel tables cold.

Great burgers. We’ve been here twice and the food is consistently good. We got the cheese fries. They are delicious and when ordered with the dipping sauce are totally reminiscent of training table fries. If you don’t like A LOT of cheese, I’d recommend telling them to go 1/2 cheese or light cheese on the fries. Blue bacon burger was great. BLT was also tasty.
It can get a little on the pricey side (about $13 a person without sodas) but feel quality matches the pricing.
Service was decent. My only wish was they had more locations up north!

The drive through line was long and slow moving, and the machine didnt work so they had someone standing outside taking orders. He handed me a handwritten menu with no prices and I ended up paying $70 for 2 burgers, a 3 piece fish and a chili cheese fry. The food was alright but definitely not worth the money.

Very let down as a former regular customer. After waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive through, the employee tries to hand me the wrong food. After I correct her, she tried handing me another bag that had been sitting for 15+ minutes and handed in and out of strangers cars then taken back into the kitchen. I requested a discount and a remake of the order, since I don’t want to wait half an hour for cold food a stranger touched, and was denied any form of discount whatsoever. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time.
