Love this place! Great sandwiches (hearty and delicious). Decadent coffees, including this morning’s peppermint white chocolate latte! The folks behind the counter welcome you with a smile and take pride in their menu. Come visit for breakfast, lunch, or a mid-day boost.

Brette is the nicest lady! She made our sandwiches perfectly. Aiden did an excellent job making our smoothies. My VERY picky daughter said everything was perfect, not a single thing wrong with the meal. Great conversation, nice atmosphere, delicious food and got some cake pops for later. Will definitely return to Java Rock next time we’re in town. Thanks again!

Coffee paradise and so much more. Don’t miss their hilarious sock collection plus tea towels.

The taste of the breakfast sandwich is worth travelling for. Real egg, not frozen patty. Plenty of bacon. Outstanding.

Great coffee, tasty veggie panini, and the best lemon bar I have ever eaten. Fun and low-keyed atmosphere.

Decent food for a small cafe and overall good experience and friendly service, we just can’t get over this frowny face on the tropical smoothie we got this morning? Just wondering why!

Nice place but waiting over 30 minutes for two simple breakfast sandwiches is ridiculous. A lot of people working but very unorganized. Be prepared to wait.

Great coffee, have only tried breakfast food. It is solid, but team is disorganized and waits can be long.

No pets allowed? In a Veteran dominated community? In a Veteran state? We’ll you can keep your substandard, overpriced coffee. The employees are nice, but don’t bring your support dog. This is only the second time I’ve been here, and it will definitely be my last. Oh, I’m also a local by the way.

Place was not ready for the crowd. Food took almost 45 minutes to receive. Tea sat on the counter for 15 minutes before receiving it. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re hungry.

Received a response from the cafe on the above. While i appreciate the comment and their position, the thinly-veiled sarcasm wasn’t helpful. I did ask for help while waiting, and struggled to get anyone’s attention (i asked 3 different people). This happened “not behind my phone”, but while i was at the counter, waiting with several others for their order. My review stands. Perhaps the cafe’s owner should take comments seriously and not jump to deflect criticism over her/his inability (unwillingness?) to deliver a cup of tea and a breakfast sandwich in under 45 minutes.
