Consistently have to wait up to 5 min at the intercom for anyone to even acknowledge you are there in the drive-through, and then are asked to please wait longer to take the order while they do something else. Then you wait in line after the intercom for another 5-10 min for the food to be prepared. It seems they are constantly understaffed and underprepared for even just a few patrons at a time. Food is as expected, if it’s still hot by the time you get it at the window. Just be sure to double check for your sauces and condiments, as they are often left out. Also,”value drink” sizes are now shrunk to child-sized.

Do not order online here. It already takes forever to get your food in non peak hours and then your online order is bumped by the customers who ordered in person. Even if you report that you have arrived on the website.

Second time at this location and both times received great service. First time were two younger ladies and they were very courteous and nice. Today an older gentleman with glasses helped us and he was provided top notch service. Food were great, fresh, and fries super crunchy. We will be returning

The quality of the food here is pretty standard for a Wendy’s. They get your order right most of the time. The wait here is pretty good, around 5-10 minutes. The service is pretty efficient. This Wendy’s is also decently clean. Overall, pretty great service, quality food, and fairly clean.

My door dasher stole my order, so I called the store. The Manager kept saying it was a pickup order and that I needed to come to the store????? I asked questions about my order status and he just kept repeating “come to the store” instead of answering my questions. When I got there they had to remake it because it was stolen. The cashiers were both very helpful and nice. The manager needs to be checked.
