It sucks writing this because the people I met were nice and provided great customer service but the food was terrible. The pizza was obviously old (at least a day old) since it was completely dried out (dough, toppings, and sauce) and showed signs of multiple attempts of reheating. I couldn’t allow myself or my family to continue eating it since it became risky with the old meat and I threw it in the garbage. Super upset that I wasted my money here. Will never be back.

Why can’t I give this place a zero star. Even with this place being opened again, you would think they have improved. You have 1 person doing everything, taking orders, making pizzas, handing them, phone ringing in the back, long wait and time to get or place an order and long line of people

this places sucks. i went in to get a pizza at 8 pm when it says the restaurant closes at 10pm. the guy, white guy with tattoos, and piercings told me they where closed since 8, it was 8:05. very unprofessional. as i am leaving, he is following me to lock the door, but he didn’t lock the door at 8? unprofessional. i say in my car, not long after i see him walk out and hit his vape— again super unprofessional. i will not be coming back, i recommend the Little Caesars not to far from here. 0/10

I regret to inform you that my experience at this restaurant location was far from satisfactory. I placed an order for a large pizza and wings, only to find upon pickup that the pizza was soggy and the toppings had fallen off the slices. I contacted the restaurant and they agreed to remake the pizza. However, the second pizza was also soggy and the toppings fell off again.
At this point, I was understandably frustrated and did not wish to wait for a third pizza. However, the staff insisted on remaking it. Unfortunately, the third pizza was also soggy.
While I was waiting for the third pizza, I noticed that another family had come in to order but left due to the lack of customer service. I myself stood at the customer service desk for an extended period of time, waiting for my order.
I am highly disappointed with the unprofessional customer service and the quality of the food at this location. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and would like to request a refund for my order.

Couldn’t even get in to eat at noon. Their website said they were open at 10 am, the hours on the door indicated they were open, there were a couple of cars in their parking lot close to the building. The door was locked, all chairs were on top of the tables, no visible activity inside except a light. Very strange. All kinds of commercials on TV promoting Pizza Hut but it seems as though they’ve given up.

If you’re ordering for carry out make sure you have plenty of time to wait or are prepared to remind the staff that you are there, service was awful! We had a double order of breadsticks with our food and after we left were going to eat one on the way home and there was NO seasoning on EITHER order of breadsticks but it was pouring rain so instead of going back we decided to just butter and season them ourselves when we got home.

Extremely slow service! When my family arrived it took a long time to get anyone’s attention. Once seated it took even longer before menus and silverware were brought to the table. After ordering we waited 30 minutes for food. Once we finally received our food, the waitress was inattentive at best. We sat with empty drinks, while I could see her chatting in the kitchen. Upon finishing our meal we waited a long time, and she never returned. I finally got fed-up waiting and went to the counter to ask for my check. The frustrating part for me is she was not hurried or even apologetic for the long wait times. At one point a gentleman walked in for a pick-up order and could not find anyone. After almost walking into the kitchen someone finally came out. Additionally, there was a table to the dining room that was full of dirty dishes our whole visit. There was no attempt made to clean it. There was not even a light bulb in the fixture above our table, and dont even get me started on the paper towel used to level the table. My family’s whole visit was completely unacceptable!

I stopped there a couple days ago to order some food, I was ignored but I could hear a woman talking to someone in the back, I heard her say something about putting old out dated food in a fridge and someone else would be in trouble, another person said they thought there was some kind of inspection soon. I’m not sure what the plan was but I knew that I didn’t want to eat from there, so I left. Marcos for dinner I guess!

The pizza is usually good but to drive across town and get food that should never have been packaged up is ridiculous. No apology just a “credit” for the same amount I paid for NEXT time. The last time it was the same thing except the item was left completely out and they said it was but wouldn’t refund. These cinnamon rolls look nothing like advertised and someone should have checked this before giving this to us. A 40 min drive round trip is not worth going back for.
