The latte was ok – a little too sweet for me. I asked for less syrup but it was still too sweet. The reason I am writing this review is because of the payment process. I didn’t appreciate the barista collecting the card for payment and then asking us if we wanted to leave a tip and asked how much we wanted to leave. It was off putting and uncomfortable. She input the tip amount herself on the card reader which was portable and didn’t offer us a receipt. This was our first time here and we won’t be going back.

We were shocked that the 16 oz hot coffee special costs $7.01 .. As if that price wasn’t enough, the exact same product cost a totally different amount another day with different barista . The prices aren’t posted.

Went there with my daughter tonight on Dec 30th 2023 at 4:30 pm was the only customer in line ordered my drink notice the employee was on a very large what may appear to be an iPad on the phone carrying the iPad while making our drink and I noticed that she made it wrong and came back and asked us to verify it. My daughter told her she made it again with a drink that probably should’ve took two minutes to make took 10 minutes because she was on the phone the whole time and using one hand to make the drink and not paying attention to her customers. I called her out on it and I told her I want my drink and I left very bad customer service she’s more focused on her phone conversation, carrying a very large iPad around the store while trying to make my daughters drink and on top of that we finally got the drink she still made it wrong for the second time there supposed to be a topper of cream and no cream in it. I go to the store quite often. Most girls know my order by heart very disappointed in my service I received today. Overall I do love the store but today they rate a one.

The morning barista Monday was super nice so I went back wednesday same girl working. There is 1 car in front of me and a girl standing on the other side. She talked to the lady in the car for 15 minutes or more while I just sat waiting for my turn. She ordered 1 drink and a pup cup. Social hour isn’t while you have other customers waiting. Then she got snotty with me when I didn’t tip her. I’ve been here many times I always tip especially since I was a barista and did have to live off my tips but when I have to sit and wait just so you can chat with someone knowing you have others waiting it’s just poor customer service.

The person that is working there right now (Tuesday, March 7th at 430pm) is the rudest “barista” I’ve ever encountered! I pulled up. Didn’t see anybody so i honked my horn 2 separate times. Still waiting 5 minutes now. Another car pulls up on the otherside and she appears only to go right to the other side to help them first. When she came to my window I told her that I was here before that other person and i have been waiting over 6 minutes now. She said “well i was stocking and i didn’t know” no apology, no let me make it up to you attitude. She then said I’ll get to you next. Well of course i was the only one there. I said don’t bother I’m leaving and she yelled “BYE” from the other window in front of the other customer! I was not going to give them my business only to have her make my drink wrong and over charge me and/or spit in my drink. I have never been treated so rudely and I come here everyday. My son couldn’t even believe what he had just heard and seen. Now i will not go there again! That is not at all how i should’ve been treated and I had already had a really bad day! It was very hurtful and she didn’t even care!
