I always order the jerk chicken tacos they were always so good with the sautéed peppers and onions but as of recently they changed to putting cabbage instead of peppers and onions and it’s so nasty and salty last 2 times I ordered were with cabbage. This company has a help wanted sign . We went in yesterday to inquire . The lady yesterday at the cashier was very nice and informed us they were looking for someone in the back to wash dishes . Perfect my boyfriend has 10 years experience . She told him to come back in the morning and speak with the manager . This morning he came to speak with the manager (she would not provide her name ) . She advised that they were looking for a Jamaican only not American because it’s a Jamaican restaurant. I didn’t know race determines who can wash pots and pan . Racism &discrimination is still alive . Even tho they came to America to maintain a business and life . How ironic. I have patronized this place several times but I will not spend another cent at a place like this and I advise all other “Americans “ to do the same . I’ve contacted department of labor &better business bureau. People please support your own kind because they don’t give a flip about us . This man is one the hardest working people out and you missed out because of racism smh . Y’all come to our country and discriminate but want us to spend our money .

It says they are closed on google & on their door. I went in at 9:40 & the doors were closed. The lady inside at the register looked at me, & never walked over to open the door. This isn’t the normal lady I usually see, so the fact that this is the customer service you are enforcing is absurd.

Everyone’s experience is different and I’m glad I didn’t allow the negative reviews to steer me away. I stumbled across Aunty V’s spot by accident and was pleased with my meal. I ordered the Snapper filet dinner with cabbage, rice and peas, and plantains. Talk about a hefty sized plate for a reasonable price of $30 and some change. The fish seasoned nice! My fish was fried to perfection and the sauce/veggies complimented the fish well. I will be back again!

Omg I’ve been a fan since 2020 I used to live in the area. I wasn’t sure if the food was still going to be as delicious and my favorite thing on the menu is the barbecue jerk chicken when I say I asked the lady at the counter if they had it and she confirmed that they did I enjoyed every bit of my lunch. It was amazing. Flavor is always on point. Can’t wait to come back.

The chicken is so flavorful. Everything was amazing. Real authentic food. Everything was pleasant. Even the lil note with the hand drawn smiley face and flower. Definitely my go to for good authentic Caribbean food.

This place has declined last 4 or 5 times I’ve offered the jerk chicken it’s just bland & no taste tell whoever back there to put some of the seasoning that jerk chicken the food was great years ago but no so much more anymore I’ll be back to see if y’all made any changes in 6 months tired of paying $15 for unseasoned jerk chicken
