This was my first time ever trying Jason’s Deli. My boyfriend recommended this place and this will now be my go to for a quick bite! I got the pollo loco and my bf got the ranchero, we both cleared our plates. The manager, Sandy was very welcoming and attentive. We experienced great customer service and delicious food. 5 stars all around.

I always have the most amazing experience w/ the manager, Andrew. I have recently had an issue, and felt as if I was not taken care of, which was from a daytime manager, she was dismissive, but, I come too often to have to argue about the sandwich I get everytime, knowing that my portion was skimpy. But, other than that, I am always taken care of w/ such kindness during my lunch hour; and, anytime I go in the evenings, Andrew is always the absolute best! Andrew goes above and beyond, and very considerate, compassionate, and professional!
UPDATE: As I stated, I go to this location often; I just left for my lunch, and I completely forgot to order how I usually do. MYRA at the pickup window, is a sweetheart, she basically put in all the stuff I usually order on the side, w/o my even realizing my mess-up! Wow! Amazing customer service and experience, thank you Myra.
And, aside from Myra and Andrew, Sara also gives an an amazing customer experience, even when she is bombarded w/ a line. Thank you, all!

I ordered the manager’s special with a Club Royale sandwich and the chicken pot pie soup. I got a drink but was disappointed in the brewed flavored and unflavored sweet teas as well as the soda machine options. The half sandwich was good yet not big. I enjoyed the sandwich, chips, and soup. I also tried the strawberry shortcake dessert, which was fine.

If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD! This location use to give the best customer service, and the food would be delicious. Not anymore! Our potato was so poor looking, you would’ve thought wherever they receive them from had a growth sprout shortage. I’m use to their spuds, being big, and fluffy. The cheese was cold and the broccoli cuts were tiny- pathetic looking. The customer in front of us ordered the salad bar, and she told him “He can only go once”. He replied “Why once”, and she responded, “due to inflation I guess”, -yet their prices are still rising with inflation. He was NOT happy at all. I remember their salad bar was “All you can eat”! I unfortunately DO NOT recommend eating here. The location is pretty well kept, but that’s the only positive I have regarding it.

We always come to this location and have never faced any issues. Tonight 10/07/2025, im assuming it was the manager , he was completely rude. The place was empty with 1 person leaving. It was around 8:45pm and they close at 10pm. They were already emptying the salad bar while my wife was in the middle of getting her salad together and they continued to empty the salad bar even after they noticed her just waiting on them to give her a chance to finish her plate. When the food came to the table and I thanked the manager he blatantly ignored me and didn’t care to engage. A group of people came in to order food and with 3 registers available he made it a point to make them all wait as he took a phone call and didnt seem to allow the other team members to log in to the other registers and beging to take any orders. About 7-10 people just waiting around to place their order. None of the people here were rude and yet they received attitude. Not what you look forward to after your kid finishes her sports training and make it out to a late night dinner.

Second time….we went over there and the lady seems to be mad that we do not know the menu and she roll the eyes on us to others so we just went other place

This is the dirtiest most unkept Jasons Deli I have ever been in and I eat several times a week at this restaurant chain. The dining area had food all over the floor, the salad bar was unkept and the restrooms were dirty. Employee aprons hanging outside the restroom while they were in the stall watching videos on their phone. This Jasons Deli will not have my business again.

I’ve been on my Jason’s Deli kick for the past few weeks. I went the other day and ordered my go to: The Managers Special. For the sandwich, I ordered the Smokey Jack Panini(no guac). For the soup, I got the Broccoli Cheese, and for the chips, some Baked Lays . Got home, took my sandwich out and noticed it had guac. To the invidual who made my sandwich, you had one job….

Don’t bother with this location. Go to one of the other one’s. When I picked up my order through curbside I noticed missing items, prompting me to have to go inside (which defeats the purpose of curbside, if I have to go inside.) Once inside, the person who I’m assuming was the manager was cold and unapologetic, he just gave me my missing items and offered no apology. The restaurant was almost completely empty, I was the only car at curbside and there was maybe one other car in the drive thru lane. Not busy at all, in anyway that would justify the lack of attention and hospitality. Lastly one of my sandwiches had questionable looking black spots on the bottom bun, to be safe I went ahead and tossed it. In conclusion a waste of time and money. PLEASE just go somewhere else to get food!
