Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Came in for late night dinner. Loved the interior design and motor cycles on display. Went to the counter to order our usual meals. No one at the counter at first, saw employees walking around the kitchen area, and they saw us, but no one said hi be with you in a minute, or be right there. I waved, but was ignored. A girl finally decided to come over to the register, never looked up at us, never said hi sorry for the wait. Not a word, I started to ask her is she going to ask for our order or are you just not seeing us standing here waiting patiently? But I thought you know, I’m not going to rush her and wait until she looks up and acknowledges us waiting on her. She never did. And stood at the register fiddling around and never gave us a single word. At the last minute, I was about to say something to her, but decided this was rediculous, horribly rude, and insulting to my wife and I as a customer, and instead. We turned and walked out. Even then she could have spoken, but she did not.
We dine at Whataburgers almost every day or the week in Tyler, lindale and Mineola and they are all great locations with great food and service.

Whataburger’s Big Ranch Wrap is only $3, and it is freakin’ delicious. I tried it for the first time at the Whataburger on W. Gentry Pkwy near Caldwell Zoo the night before, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park—it was that good.
The chicken tender was a solid size (not small like McDonald’s old Snack Wraps), and the ranch had great flavor. Honestly, if Wingstop ranch were added to Whataburger’s Big Ranch Wrap, it would’ve sent me straight to heaven. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this wrap a try.
I ended up trying the wrap again at a different Whataburger location, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. I really appreciate that Whataburger adds tomatoes to their wrap—something you won’t find with McDonald’s or Wendy’s grilled chicken ranch wraps.
Service was decent, the restaurant was very clean, and the owner had a cool motorcycle and NASCAR-themed decor that added some personality to the place.

We stopped in for a quick dinner while in town. Only going off online reviews we were not to sure what to expect. We ordered two jalapenos burgers and fries. I expected it to be similar to a McDonald’s or Hardee’s but was way off. The burger was phenomenal. Very tasty, fresh and delicious. The young lady that took our order was very polite and they had our food out to us within a few minutes. If you haven’t been to a Whataburger- quit procrastinating and head in, you’ll be glad you did. My only complaint is that I can’t find them closer to home (up north) but we did stop 3 times to eat at a whataburger while in Texas and Louisiana ….till next time…

This Whataburger usually is a good spot to stop even if it’s been a month or two since my last stop. Today after 12 noon me and my family stopped by, it seems no one could get things right. From the drive through taking our order then someone else finishing the order, the manger was doing his best, but the young staff seem as if they were not concerned at all, there nails were to important, or looking at their phone. I try to give a restaurant 3 tries before I make a review, but the young staff not caring to respond to our needs is it for me, we will not be back.

This is a nice place to stop while traveling through town with dogs. There is a large grassy area to walk dogs. The restroom was clean. The drive through took some extra time to wait, but the food was good. I ordered an Apple & Cranberry Grilled Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing.

Londyn was at the drive-thru window both times that I went there overtime. She was very pleasant at the drive-thru window. She repeated the order and made sure everything was correct.
Made sure that I had everything that I needed in the bag before I left the premises.

Breakfast was just okay. Wouldn’t try again. They’ve done away with a regular breakfast platter. The bowl was not good to me. I dont like soggy biscuits. The hash browns were overcooked as well. The worse part of my breakfast here was the coffee. It tasted old and bitter. Coffe was soo dark it looked like chocolate even with 4 creamers. I probably won’t stop here for breakfast again. Just not worth the money.

Grilled chicken was undercooked and Cecilia manager became combative informing me it looks well cooked and when I requested meal be recooked she continued to go back and forth. Very unsatisfied with service
