I have been to a few of the Jason’s Deli’s throughout Texas on my travels and this one always seems to be one of the better ones. Staff are really friendly. One of their staff members, who I didn’t get her name, frequently stopped by to make sure I was doing good. Food was hot and delicious. I notice the manager on duty was engaged with his team ensuring things ran smoothly. Overall just a really great experience.

The variety of ingredients allow me to customize my salad to my liking, and an employee is always replenishing the salad bar so it is ready for customers. The good: the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. All was tasty.
The bad: the poor poor muffuletta looked so sad because it looked like the ham had been waved over the bun. See sad pictures. I spoke with Nathaniel and he very graciously put some additional protein and reheated the sandwich.

I visit JD often and one of my favorites is the Chicken Ceasar Salad. I’m not sure what happened this particular day but it was subpar compared to my usual visits. First off the bread that comes with was in the same container as my salad when normally it’s placed on the side by itself. Now to the salad…someone started to add the dressing but then realized their mistake but failed to remake it so now I have a moist salad with half soggy croutons. It’s suppose to come dry with dressing on the side, I even added an additional dressing this order. I also had the seafood gumbo which had an incredibly strong fish taste to the point I tossed the entire cup and this is coming from a person that enjoys seafood. If this is the new standard of JD you’ve just lost me as a patron.

It had been a while since we ate here. This was one of our favorite places to eat till today. I always get the salad bar today the salad bar is a mess. The employee that is over maintaining the bar stocked was too busy chatting on her phone and apparently has not time to clean the mess around the salad bar. This employee was on phone the whole time we sat eating our food. I watched as another customer grabbed her attention to clean something and she literally got a paper towel and Semi wiped counter and walked away. This was not even rush hour. Sunday at 4 pm. Will not be coming back.

New favorite deli restaurant!!! Baked potato was bomb, we had the chicken ranch And the New York sandwich with pastrami was delicious. Salad bar is great!!! Definitely recommend!!! Plus free soft served ice cream!!!

Your online ordering is the most difficult I’ve ever seen. I placed an order for 3 people came to pick it up. They said we do not have those orders I repeated the names three times. I get to the window she doesn’t say a word just hands it out. I get bank to my office and I’m missing three items I paid for. Will not return horrible customer service.

Deli atmosphere. Great selective menu for the fit and the hungry. Great selection of sodas and teas. Ice cream machine and awsum salad bar. Fishes are prepared fresh! Highly recommend!
