Ordered tripa tacos, and these are the worst I’ve ever had. The tripa was deep-fried and was crunchy and hard, making it nearly inedible. They also forgot my drink with my order when I ordered through DoorDash. I accidentally ordered from this store when I meant to order from the Burien El Rincóncito – they do it better, and the food is really good. This Federal Way location needs to be shut down or replace the staff working there. The low ratings are not a lie; avoid this place like the plague.

Always love comimg here. The food is delicious and the customer service is great. No matter how busy or slow it is the customer service is always great. I come in and cashiers always have a smile on their faces and are super friendly. I almost always see Victoria and Helen working hard and just they are always so welcoming and friendly and truly know how to treat their customers

i come here regularly and love it every time
the atmosphere is amazing , cashiers are awesome . The young ladies at the registers are always super friendly helpful and always making sure they ask if we are doing ok or if we need anything. We will definitely keep coming back.

I want to give a shout out to one of the team members Victoria. I dine at this El Riconcito specifically despite 2 locations being closer to my house for people like her. She’s warm, kind, and personable. If the owners read these I just want you to know she’s a rockstar and I always look forward to my visits when I know she is working !

The food here is pretty good, but be prepared for a long wait. Service can take a while, so don’t expect a quick in-and-out meal.

• Chicken tacos – Really tasty and a good deal since they come with a drink for around $10.
• Pollo Ranchero – Flavorful and filling, worth the $20.
• Torta – Delicious, especially with avocado (just note avocado is extra).
• Horchata – Refreshing but way too sweet for me.
❌ What I wouldn’t recommend:
• Cheesecake – Not good.
• Churros – Just okay, not great and not terrible.
The restaurant itself is clean, but the service is just okay. Overall, the tacos and torta make it worth trying, but the desserts and long wait times bring the experience down.
