Wow! I was really impressed by this place! The quality of the food is top notch. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering that factor. And there is free ice cream with every meal! And the employees were all super friendly and patient. The dining area was clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back. There are so many things on the menu that I want to try!

I ordered a salad and a cup of Gumbo. When I took a bite of the Gumbo I immediately spat it out. It tasted rancid. I called the store and was immediately cut off when attempting to explain. She said she couldn’t give me a refund that Doordash would have too. I clarified I wasn’t calling for a refund. I wanted her to understand she would be wise to discard the Gumbo and not serve it to the public since it’s spoiled. I thought she was rude.

This is hands down my favorite spot for salad in Knoxville. The salad bar is stocked with lots of great ingredients. I’ve very rarely visited and seen an empty container. The bar is most often very clean and if not they promptly clean it while I’m there. The staff I have encountered have all been professional and courteous. As long as they keep the salad bar I will keep returning to this location. My favorite items on the salad bar are the beets, olives, whole eggs, the nuts and other toppings especially the one with walnuts cranberry and pumpkin seeds mixed together. Also, the hummus is really good. The lettuce is always crisp and fresh. Great healthy option for people on the go.

I have eaten at this place several time. The salad bar is good and the area is clean. I would like to see a little more variety on it thought. I don’t like the waiter sweeping, wiping or spraying while I eat. I understand they have to do it sometime. Don’t get me wrong, the service is good, I like eating there and I am giving them 4 stars for service and quality of food.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich and it was mediocre, the meat was dried out some not much kraut, we got a dead kiosk disk to let us know our food was ready, we kept waiting but my husband had to finally go ask and our food was sitting there no one said anything. As we were about through with our meal they started to call out orders of what they had up. The manager or whoever was running the register just kinda mumbled something about the kiosk disk when we ordered but wasn’t very plain. I was very disappointed, we have always looked forward to eating there. To pay $30 for food and it was not worth half that. What is wrong with service nowadays. Will probably not return

We had a very bad experience dining in at this place the fact that it was our first time there. We are not really from the area but the girl who took our order was very rude and certainly did not know how to relate to customers. I should say that the manager of the restaurant should now who to place in the front and the back. Before you work for public, you need to learn how to handle proper customer service. It doesn’t matter how tough life is treating you. If you hate your job that bad, find another one! Other people would probably want that spot!

My company had an event catered. Pictured is Chicken club salad substitute with smoked salmon, Santa Fe chic sandwich, Beefeater and Ruben. My salmon salad was perfect and my co workers said their sandwiches were really good as well.

Always tastes fresh and they have a big variety. They are open for dine in again with restrictions of course. An employee has to do the salad bar for you and you have to get a new cup every time you get water (seems wasteful but I guess it’s so your face germs don’t touch the machine).
