Usually quick service and pleasant environment. Nothing to complain about. I’m only in Tuscaloosa twice a month and it’s my go to place. Ordered lunch in a box for the entire office and it was finished quickly with plenty of food. Each person had their own box.

Good food, salad bar always stocked. The ice cream machine is always down. Some seat cushions arent attached to the bench so they were unsteady. These bathrooms arealways horrid.

Myn1st time trying Jason’s deli, i.gotnto say their broccoli and cheese soup and their gumbo were both just amazing. I will for sure be eating there again. My qife was impressed with their nice salad bar and the kids loved the food too.

The food was decent but one thing to know about this restaurant is that customers are permitted to play audio devices at disruptive volumes and management will refuse to take any action. At the end of the day, if you want a quiet meal or to conduct a conversation with people at your table, this may not be a great choice.

Highly upset!!!! I come here a lot to get the salad bar.. today I got the salad bar to go.. got home put my dressing on ate 3 bites and in my salad IS A DEAD FLY ON A PIECE OF Lettuce!!!!!!!!!! Still has wings on it. I took several pictures and a video!!! And they just want yo give me a $15 gift card.. that’s it only $15 at least $25 -30 I COULD HAVE EATEN A DEAD FLY GROSSSSSS IM DISGUSTED AND I HAVE PLENTY OF PICTURES JUST RUINED MY WHOLE EVENING

Service has really gone down. Curbside is no longer curbside. You have to call or go in to get your food. I have always ordered curbside and before this wasn’t an issue. Tonight I walked in, and workers standing around as if they were closed and wasn’t taking orders anymore. My food was already paid for & still had to wait 15 mins for someone to come to the counter. Definitely lost a customer tonight.
