My husband stopped by to pick up some pizzas I had ordered on his way home. Our order wasn’t ready when my husband arrived at the drive-thru, and he was asked to pull into a spot and wait. He had to wait an additional 20 minutes past our pickup time for the guy to come to the car and ask the name on the order again. When my husband gave him our name, he said, “I just gave that order to the person in the drive-thru,” and told him it would be another 10-15 minutes to remake our order. After 20 minutes, my husband ended up having to go into the store to ask about our order. While he was inside, the manager told the staff to just let the phones ring and to turn off online ordering. If I hadn’t already paid for it, I would have just left. To top it off, when my husband got home with the pizza, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I will not be back to this location.

0 stars took 5 mins to take my order no since of urgency , lady said food will be ready in 15-18 min so I went out to my car made a few work calls walked back in and asked if it was ready same lady said it’d be 8 min I said ok and then heard the comment for her “ just like I said it would be people don’t listen” very rude and unprofessional, this on top of stopping by the day before in the drive through and sat for 10 min with no one coming to the window.. I will not be back to this location

If I could leave zero stars i would. The app wouldn’t work for days I called and had to listened to an annoying automated broken record that played over and over and over… no one ever answered so I decided to drive there to place my order sadly i was let down the pizza wasn’t on sale when domino’s claimed it was there is no type of customer service not to mention the manager is a joke and was completely UNHELPFUL so I placed my order elsewhere and wasn’t let down. Dominos is a game not pizza don’t waste your time with this place call Pizza Hut

I have been ordering from this dominos for many years and have never had any major issues with my orders. I always get the pan pizzas and ask for them to be well done and square cut and they never do. I always have to cook it longer and cut it when I get home. Tonight I ordered 3 pan pizzas 1 was fine but the other 2 were not, barely any toppings on the cali bacon ranch and the Hawaiian was soggy in the middle. I called dominos and the manager Matthew didn’t seem to care not one apology or offer to fix the problem I think he was just trying to get off the phone and said that they will credit my account $10…but I will not be back!!!

Ordered 1 sandwich online when I arrived at the store 20 minutes later I was informed they had no sandwich bread and it would be another 45 minutes. Told them I didn’t want to wait… offered no refund and here I am still waiting 1 hour after my online order was placed. I will say as I myself operate a restaurant…. WORST customer service…they will not refund my order so I am still waiting…..

3rd time that a pan pizza with 4 toppings had raw dough. 1st time, I was told because I had 5 toppings and it doesn’t cook as well. Okay…but for 20 years, 2 States a 1 foreign country, no problem with 5 toppings. I did receive a free pizza for my complaint. I also started having just 4 toppings like today’s order and I checked off “well done.” You can see how doughy it is in my picture. No, I don’t want a free pizza. But I think the thermometers of the oven should be checked for accuracy.

1 star food, the pizzas WERE med. We ordered the special 2med/2toppings for 6.99 each. When asked how we would pay, we said cash and a 10 dollar gift card. After the gift cd. was cashed the balance was 11.90. ????. We explained our order again. Same result. The counter person didn’t seem to understand. Since the card was cashed we would lose it,In order to avoid retribution in the making of our pizzas we paid. The time from order to finish was timely. The pizzas were, well they were med. Dismal amount of toppings, had to add to them to be worthwhile to eat. What we see on tv ads or salespapers is not even close, have had better store bought frozen pizzas for less cost. VERY VERY disappointed. Will not be back.

Best dominos in cullman! Got my order done in less than 15 minutes on a Friday night at 9pm when they are usually super busy. They did forget my chicken on one side but it was a complicated order and they immediately made me a new pizza! All of the pizzas were beautiful and delicious!

I normally am very satisfied with Dominos and it’s service but today we decided to try the chicken bacon ranch…. DO NOT!! the bacon is “precooked” and looks like tomatoes. Squishy and just gross. We took it back and asked for one without bacon, still received with the raw and nasty “bacon”. do not recommend.
