This is by far one of the best places to eat in the hoover area. There is no way anyone can come to this location and be dissatisfied with the service or the quality of food. This is a great place to take a large family out to eat especially with kids. The staff is always accommodating and will offer up options to avoid having to pay for unnecessary meals by offering sides to main courses etc. If and I do mean if they happen to make a mistake on your order I challenge anyone to prove that they do not make every attempt to correct it. Managers awesome. Line staff awesome. Bus station awesome. Love supporting this business. They are definitely doing something right.

My wife and I eat at this establishment 7 to 10 times a year. The sandwiches are very tasty and the salad bar is always kept clean and stocked with fresh items.
I do not know his name but there is what I believe to be a manager behind the counter who is always helpful and seems to know the operation of the place really well. He is tall man with a deep voice, bilingual and shaved head. Sorry for not knowing his name but he does a great job. Not long ago, I told him I did not see an Italian sub that I used to order on the menu. He knew what I was speaking about and made it for me. He does an excellent job and always friendly!

When I tell you my family and I visit
this place at least every Sunday or every other Sunday. We enjoy the salad bar and the service I love the manager here.. I’m ashamed to say I don’t know his name but he definitely knows me and family and one thing I’ve noticed is when he’s at work everything is fresh and good and I for sure can appreciate that because I drive over 50 miles to enjoy this place. I highly recommend 100%

My family has eaten dinner here a few dozen times over the years. Good food and good service. My kids love getting free ice cream cones after finishing their dinner. The manager is very friendly and recognizes us and chats for a while each time. He always comes by our table to ask how our food is, and he even made me a free second sandwich to try the one time I tried a new menu item that I didn’t love (but was still perfectly fine). We’ve always had a great experience.

This place is so so good and healthy. We came in 30 minutes to close, which I don’t normally like doing, but Brent was extremely nice about it and had a sense of humor lol. We got soup and salad, and they had free soft serve ice cream. Also, you can get second servings of salad for free. All of the food is fresh. Definitely recommend coming.

I’ve been around food all my life, I just have to add that I know great food when I see it and taste it!! Jason’s Deli is the best choice for healthy foods and homemade comfort food without breaking the bank. The staff is amazing, obviously the management cares about their customers and employees!! Star made our visit here much better after being served the food from a woman and her causing my drink to spill all over my pants. She hispanic woman didnt even apologize for spilling the water and then walked away, offered no help no apology

The freshest salad bar, no matter what time of day!! I always look forward to trips to Birmingham, so I can get a salad! Other menu options I’ve gotten have been delicious as well, but you cannot beat the salad bar!

I loved how open this Jason’s deli is! It makes it extremely easy to maneuver around in. The store was nice and clean and the employee were very patient. The food was delicious and I was so excited to see that they sell chocolate cake! Maybe it’s just at this location but it was very moist and cooked perfectly. My favorite is the club royal and the amazing salad bar. I really appreciated that there was an employee (Patrick) walking around helping everyone. My aunt is on oxygen and it’s hard for her to carry her plate and oxygen tank to the table. Patrick was so sweet and caring, as soon as he saw my aunt struggling, he came right over and carried her plate to the table. He made sure that everyone at the table always had a full drink and to go containers. Patrick, thank you for smiling and being so kind. You really made my aunts first visit to Jason’s Deli perfect. She is already planning her next visit.Jason’s deli is lucky to have an employee like you.
