Called in due to the current pandemic for pick-up for hibachi streak, chicken and shrimp, shrimp tempura, and fried beef dumplings. Employee was very quick and to the point on the phone and said 15-20 minute wait.

Not what I expected. Food was bland it didn’t taste any japanese. Miso soup was watery and bland it didn’t taste like miso soup at all. Sushi seems like it was made the day before. My son order the steak shrimp and fried rice so dissatisfied shrimp meat and rice was bland. Very expensive for this type of place they dont even serve your food at the table. Food not made by Japanese guys.

If I pay for hibachi chicken and shrimp then I expect to have chicken with the shrimp and I also need a fork to eat broccoli zucchini rice and pieces of shrimp NOT A SPOON!!! I don’t expect for you to hang up on me when I call back to ask you to fix my problem because I refused to leave my house again because I’m the customer and I’d rather you fix it tomorrow because I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced two times in one day after my work. Good thing someone called me so I have to go back out oh and I will be back today! And next time please don’t use such old dry rice for your sushi it’s not good and just like everyone else says the food is hit or miss never actually thought it was a hit I should’ve went to Chick-fil-A or Shanghai since I was in their parking lot first.

Terrible service. Food was bland and distasteful. My broccoli was hard like they took it out the pack steamed it 40 seconds then put it in my plate. When I asked for a refund I was denied. All in all will NEVER eat here again.

Terrible. Not fresh, no veggies except broccoli and no flavor. The sushi appears leftover from the day before. There was also a piece of fried chicken in my veggie tempura.

Very nice guy at the register. Hibachi chicken had very few veggies, everything was extremely bland. No flavor at all. White sauce comes pre-packaged. Wigged me out, but tasted good. Do not, I repeat do NOT order sushi. Not fresh, dry and served at wrong temp. Guys dipping food didn’t wear gloves. Not a restaurant I would visit again.
