Holy cow. This is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Tried it once a few months ago and won’t be having it again. It seems to be run by teenagers. I went in for a pick-up order, and all I heard was giggling and raucous behavior in the kitchen. There was one older gentleman running around trying to do everything himself. He’s the only reason I added stars for service. I felt terrible for him. The teenagers were extremely disrespectful towards him, laughing and hitting his tray when he requested their help. I would sum it up as bullying. I couldn’t believe it. They need to be let go. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the pizza was trash. The dough was slightly raw, and it honestly tasted foul. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a pizza place. Do better.

Probably the only time I have thrown almost a whole pizza in the trash. They used pre-made pizza crust which had a funky stale smell and then pizza sauce tasted sour. I got the pizza less than an hour before closing so my guess is that their ingredients had been sitting out for a while and were probably spoiled by the end of the day.

It’s simply average, at best, pizza. Nothing especially remarkable about it. The crust looks and tastes like a frozen, pre-made variety. The sauce isn’t especially flavorful. The quest for a good pie in the area continues.

Sauce was average but the dough was terrible. They must recycled their dough if not freeze it after they get it made because it tasted raw.

Jan’s lived up to its high online rating last night. The pizza was fantastic, and clearly made with fresh, quality ingredients. The fresh basil I had added was so vibrant and really enhanced the flavor combo I chose. The service was also great – I was well-attended to despite an entire baseball team coming in right after I arrived! Jan’s has a small staff, so I appreciated not being forgotten, which could have easily happened. Thanks for the excellent experience!

Crust was thin and dry and the chicken topping apparently is ground fine and we really couldn’t taste the chicken. I liked the pizza more than my wife did. Getting charged $2 for a glass of water was not expected! I’m not supposed to have caffeine or sugar for medical reasons and did not see any drinks on the menu I could have.
