Don’t walk, run to Jams! Not only is the food amazing and flavorful, but the staff is extremely friendly as well. There’s vegetarian options for those staying away from meat as well. Great bang for your buck. You’ve found yourself a new regular!

We’re always on the hunt for new food and found this place near us. So, as an East sider living on the West side BBQ is the hardest thing to find. And along comes J.A.M.S Kitchen to satisfy that craving. The wings and sauce are legit and feels like I’m at Hot Sauce Williams, Whitmore’s or Mt. Pleasant… on the Westside!! The people there are friendly and seem to work hard, so that’s appreciated. We’re so glad we don’t have travel far to get a true taste of Cleveland.

Owner was on location and maintained a professional environment. Workers are receptive to his authority that means a lot, taking his instructions as the last word. I want to challenge a negative review that stated cleaning was needed. Cleanliness was a top priority, I would eat in . Ok, the food was off the chain … GOOD. THE ribs were great.I ordered a rib dinner, polish boy and wings. I loved the sauce it was sweet and spicy. Not hot enough for my taste I just added some cayenne. Ribs meat fall off the bone, not boiled, just skills on the grill. The Mac and cheese was the bomb. Greens were good. The traditional polish boy did not disappoint. This place turned into a damn joke. I order a rib dinner and only got 5 tiny pieces and a baby size of fries. I was so disappointed I don’t know what happened. Please save your money 13 dollars for what. A baby meal??? The photo is making the pieces look a bigger. But trust me you will be upset

Big AL never let’s me down. I treat myself once or twice a year. I ordered 10 wings with sauce and a ordered of fries.. He dropped them fresh and plenty of sauce.. and the prices are so much better than B and M’s….

I understand Jams Kitchen is a new business taken over from Al & B’s barbecue. Well, while the predecessor had great food and kept you coming back for more, I expected Jams to be the same and gave the restaurant a few chances before finally giving up. I honestly think Jams could be a good place to eat if they invest in perfecting their barbecue sauce. Honestly, the only problem I have with this place is the sauce is awful. I hate to be blunt but spending hard-earned money on inedible food is a no for me. Had they negotiated Al & B’s recipe for sauce or use a quality commercial sauce, I would recommend going and having a great meal. You get a lot of food and options for wing dinners are wonderful, but their barbecue sauce kills the meal and is what stopped me from returning and not recommending Jams. Jams change the sauce and you’ll have a customer for life.

Catfish dinner was absolutely delicious!! Mac and cheese fantastic, we ordered close to closing time but they cooked everything fresh and everything was hot and delicious. Excellent customer service, very clean and welcoming. We will be back!

Spotted this place driving from the airport to the city and decided to stop on a whim. Turned out to be the best food i had in Cleveland during my weekend in town. So good i had to come back on the way to my return flight. Polish boy was awesome–great Coleslaw, and the wings are fantastic too. Polish boy, 2 wings and fries for $10? If I lived here id be a regular! Plus the guy at the counter makes you feel at home, super nice and welcoming.

I am an eastsider who was on the west side and wanted some barbecue one day and found this great little place. The food is very good and has that great outdoor barbecued flavor to it. Prices are fair and the service is awesome from this family business that treat you like a muck appreciated customer. Highly recommend giving them a try!
