Stopped by for a quick bite before a concert at the arts center. Attentive server, good food and a nice vibe! The food was served quickly, which was nice, since we had limited time. The salad was great, super tasty!

I came here last Thursday to grab a quick bite with a friend, and I genuinely wanted to love it. The ambiance is incredible, and the live performance was great — I really enjoyed the music. The drinks were amazing, and the buffalo wings were phenomenal.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience completely changed the tone of the night.

We ordered the cauliflower crust pizza because my friend had raved about it, but it came out really disappointing. The crust tasted like a burnt cracker, the bottom was overdone, and the sauce and cheese were pretty flavorless. After attempting a bite, we both knew we weren’t going to eat it.

When we politely asked to see the menu to switch it for something else, our server became hesitant and walked over to the bar to talk about us — within clear view and earshot. That alone was uncomfortable. She then came back to clear the table, handed us a menu, and proceeded to argue with me about the pizza instead of simply acknowledging our concern.

As two people who have both worked in the food industry, we would never treat guests that way. It made the situation unnecessarily awkward and completely killed my appetite. We still tipped appropriately, but the experience was honestly disappointing.

It’s frustrating because the atmosphere, drinks, and wings were great — but the unprofessional service and how the situation was handled overshadowed everything.

Had lunch at this place for a quick bite and drink. A couple Old Fashioned and flounder sandwich and French Onion Soup.

The drinks had a good pour while, the French Onion Soup tasty and pretty good. Surprisingly the Flounder sandwich was actually fresh flounder and very good l. Fries were well cooked.

Prices were comparable. Parking is on the street which are enforced and monitored.

They do have outdoor seating and live music.

Omg, been to this place numerous times over the years, all enjoyable times, but last night was brutal. Had a large group over 10 people, all celebrating a birthday and there too to hear Morroccan Sheep Herders, but get this:

A friend ordered a glass of wine, noticeably a bad, short pour … the manager came over with a measuring cup, adamantly arguing the original pour was accurate only to prove himself wrong by measuring out a 4 oz pour right at our table, 2 oz short – yes, they eventually gave her a healthier pour. Instead of defusing the situation, giving the customer a healthy pour at the onset, the manager argued more and escalated the situation, never offering an apology … it was a very uncomfortable moment. And to top it off, later that even the same customer was overcharged by three drinks, which brought over again both the manager and owner, with more unnecessary arguments, for which they threaten to call the police is she didn’t pay. Waitress Audrey was awsome, food was good, band was cool, we had a great time, but management should conduct themselves more professional and realize their local patrons support them, and they need to learn how to resolve a situation efficiently.

Went here with my boyfriend before hitting YesterCades. The servers were friendly, but the service was a bit slow and it took a while for us to get our food. The food here is okay, but portions are pretty small. Im usually quite forgiving when it comes to it being slow or smaller portions, but what left a bad taste in my mouth was when the check came.
We paid in cash and when the server came back, she had no idea how much she owed us in change. She was like “okay so you owed $52 but you gave us $68… how much do i owe you?” and I legit had pull out my calculator app and do the math for her. The fact that she couldn’t do basic math to calculate how much change to give is ridiculous. I don’t think I’ll be back here.

if you are looking for live entertainment this spot is a good one… just don’t expect too much or rather lower your expectations on food and cocktails… the band that was performing that. night was great… the atmosphere was good… place was packed… but i guess they didn’t really come for the food nor cocktails… you’d be better off with tequila shots as it didn’t need any prep…

Restaurant located next to Count Basie theater. Great spot for a meal and drink before seeing a show. Has live entertainment. My order of fish taco was delectable. Parking lot and street parking around the establishment. 9.4/10

I ordered the Steak Frite, I love beef, I eat it every day. This came out of the kitchen smelling like, well.. Poop. It was bad meat. No chef didnt catch it or care, the guy bartender didn’t care. I told him I wasn’t feeling it. The entire bar reeked of poop. It was just bad meat. They should have comped me. I spent over $100 there. Still tipped over 20%. But they never comped the poop meat. Wont ever be returning for food.

Great place to grab a bite and a beer before a show at the Count Basie Arts Center. They also have live music here, too. Outdoor bar area when the weather is nice. Casual hang out spot.
