I love this place and usually come here to study.
The only thing that I hope here is that they will have more chairs and tables and also cozy winter sofas. That will be so great.

I don’t know what his name is, but you know who I’m talking about. The heart and energy behind this Starbucks location, the man who has everyone returning for their morning coffee… he’s fantastic. Please give him a raise and praise because he is single handedly the only reason I find myself routinely splurging on a coffee! I just left this location and I order from here a lot and always have more than a 10 minute wait on mobile orders when I get there 10-12 minutes later my order is still never ready. This was my green tea frapp today. There’s a quarter less then what should be in there. But I wasn’t charged a quarter less. Very disappointed with this location.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Wait in drive thru is always 10+ min with four cars in line.
They also skimp on what they give you. I have had multiple times my Starbucks double shot is only 3/4 full. This seems to be a common issue when reading other comments.
The staff is always friendly so it seems like either a training issue or a staffing issue.

the only Starbucks I spend my time at, they’re always so nice and welcoming write cute messages on my cup (with out holding up production) that usually have specifics on my conversation at the register. I used to work a Dutch bros on west coast and it reminds me big time of the people, training and high values I worked with!
