First time at this location. Got my usual, gotta guava, and it was delicious. Service was good, employees were nice, and fast for a line of cars in the drive-thru (I got service through the walk-up window). Will go again. Right next to Popeyes, so… that’s a bonus.

Find it absolutely ridiculous to be waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive thru just to get a single smoothie.
That is not even the worst part. The worst part is the second it came out of the window it was insanely watered down, and it was not a smoothie. It looked like a child made the “smoothie”.
In short, I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line patiently and was utterly upset with the product that was given to me for such an insane price point. Come to this location if you want watered down smoothies and want to waste precious time out of your day.
This whole entire business seems to be ran as if it were a circus.

Generaly a regular easy to order through app, then pick up at the window. Orange dream machine is the go to drink. Little on the expensive side, but barely within range. Rather than $11.00 better pricing would be $6

i went to this jamba location multiple times and it’s always disappointing. the staff always seems very unorganized.. i had to repeat my order at least 5+ times and it was still made incorrectly. when i went back to let them know my order was wrong and asked for it to be fixed, the employees responded with an attitude and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional tone, making it seem like the mistake was my fault and claiming I left without telling them. on top of that, my drink was watery and food is always cold when i ask for it warmed up. definitely not the quality or service i expect from jamba.

MY MOM & I DECIDED TO WALK THRU THE WINDOW TO ORDER THE DRIVE THRU LINE WAS LONG…TOOK PHOTOS OF MY DRINK WHICH IS WHEN THEY GAVE ME AT THE WINDOW WITH THE LID ON AND DECIDED TO OPEN IT AND NEVER REALIZE HOW THEY HAVENT FILLED IT MUCH UP BUT WANNA CHARGE AROUND 12-13 DOLLARS AROUND THERE FOR A MEDIUM DRINK…IF I WAS TO WALK BACK IT AINT GOING TO LOOK CUTE ONCE I START SNAPPING SO FIGURE I POST UP A REVIEW…SAD HOW THIS LOCATION JUST OPEN BUT THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE DRINK AINT ALL WORTH IT….

Not sure why this place is a 2 Star. There is a wait but you have to expect it being it’s a drive-thru one vehicle at a time kind of situation. Staff was friendly and apologized for the wait which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

First night, my order was made correctly to my liking and tasted just how it should. Ordered a Medium Orange dream machine with extra ice. The next day I ordered the same thing but this time I got it delivered by UberEats & added a Medium Peanut Butter mood with extra peanut butter, delivery was made but order wasn’t what I asked for. On the delivery app I had made a special request to Add extra ice to my orange dream and extra peanut butter in my peanut butter mood and it wasn’t made that way. The orange dream was watery like not enough orange flavor but yet there wasn’t any extra ice to water it down. Same with my peanut butter mood it didn’t have the extra peanut butter and it didn’t taste like chocolate or peanut butter was in it, it was like watered down chocolate milk. So I have called Kapolei store and had let them know and I wanted a remake. Next day afternoon I went through the drive thru & it seemed rushed but remind you there wasn’t a line in the drive thru as I was the only one and no line inside. They had asked me to park & wait. Crew member came out brought me my remade order and I drove off. As I tried to drink from it, it was thick like they add more stuff and it was in a large cup stuffed. It wasn’t good like they tried too hard to make it better but I wasn’t in the mood to go back and return it. I just wished they just made it like it should be like the recipe & just added more ice & peanut butter but it was like they doubled the recipe & it didn’t taste good & it wasn’t enjoyable when I had to let it sit and melt down to suck it through the straw.

Mobile orders only. Not sure if this is a deduction the employees made to reduce the amount of orders or if this is a managerial decision I mean what’s the point of having a ordering window and a menu next to it if your not taking orders. By the way there was no one else wording at the window.
