AWESOME PIZZA!!!!

They must have had some Great Cooks tonight. My medium Supreme pizza was awesome! They even remembered the extra sauce. It really tasted good. Could’ve used a tad more flavor but it was still great!!!.

You know how some say some foods looked nothing like the advertisements, well this one did.

Pizza looked just like the pizza on TV commercial. It was beautiful and when you took a slice it was just like TV when you pick up a slice and the cheese stretches, and the slice slightly hangs on your hand.

Next time I get a pizza like this I’m taking a picture of it showing it on my review to show how beautiful it was. The best part was it was delicious!!!! .

Instead of feeling lethargic after eating a bad pizza like before and not enjoying my night, this time I was able to enjoy my show, my pizza and my tummy was happy. It was a fun night. It’s just not the same watching the show without a good meal. Thank you Pizza Hut.

I usually order a couple of containers of marinara on the side because for a while I’ve had their pizza a couple of times and they didn’t put extra sauce I asked for and it’s pretty dry and or it’s just not very good and was messy looking like smashed grocery pizza.

I already don’t like it when it’s just a simple supreme pizza because without the tomato taste just like pizza with cheese and a little sauce. Really dry and hurts your stomach.

This time somebody rocked and made a great pizza.

Thank you for caring, for your hard work and allowing to not waste our money.

And they delivered in less than 30 minutes. It was quick and didn’t have to be.

Aside from this, I feel for restaurant workers. They’re overloaded and tired sometimes while numerous customers wait for orders. We must be nice waiting when its too busy for them. They matter to.

Ordered a Meat Lovers with thin crust. Told it would be a 15 minute wait. Proceed to wait 35 minutes only for them to bring us a supreme pizza that we didn’t check until we got home (our mistake). Do NOT go to this location.

Walked In, it’s 8:50 pm Wednesday 11/05/25. 2 male employees were at the counter. One of the guys asks if it’s for “carry out?” To which we responded “No, Dine In.” Then he says “Oh, my dine in closed at 8:30pm.” A few things here, •Why did he even ask? •Dine-In hours aren’t posted. • Hate to say this… but we’ve dined in after 9pm at the General McMullen and Marbach location with no issues. Yes, I’m irked with employees doing whatever they want so they won’t be inconvenienced.

Music was low if there was any. But all in all good was phenomenal & reasonably priced. I ordered the personal chicken Alfredo which come with breadsticks and a strawberry lemonade. Breadsticks were crispy on the outside soft o. The inside. Alfredo was cooked to perfection! I’d come back again!

No wonder they have bad reviews, thought my order will be different but disappointed. These were my hot wings, trash. Pepper only on one side on the lemon pepper ones. Absolutely terrible, I will never recommend this location.

Twice in a row they messed up my pizza. Both times they gave me a hand tossed instead of Pan pizza and the 2nd time my pizza looked like a toddler made it. Both times the pizzas were also hard like they just re-heated them. Never ordering from this location again.

Convenient location to where we were. First time at this location. Not crowded, decent atmosphere. Dinner Buffet was out of a couple items and some items present were not very fresh. I think over all it was an ok quality for the price, but I suggest going to another Pizza Hut location.

Used to be really awesome service. Then they couldn’t do delivery for a few months. Now they’re using doordash. I bought a my hut box along with a pasta from me and my other. Pasta was fine but the my hut box was missing wings and the pizza was smashed. The drink was suppose to be a 2 liter brisk iced tea but we got a 20oz instead. This place needs a face-lift, new management, or to simply just shut down. If you order from here make sure you double check your orders ALWAYS. Very disappointing I paid so much and only got about half my order…

I had a great first time experience when it wasn’t busy or Tuesday. Yesterday afternoon, I ordered two large pizzas, and upon receiving a notification that my order was ready, I headed over. There was a line of about 8 people standing and 6 others sitting down waiting for their orders. I checked in my order and the manager, Michael, said he’d notify me when it was ready. As everyone waited, a customer walked in and asked if they were okay to which Michael responded, “Does it look like we are okay?” The customer walked out. Another customer walked in requesting to check on the status of her order stating she had been waiting 1.5hr and they did not update her. Instead, an employee said they were going to ask for everyone to get in line and start handing out their orders (they were busy with a $2 personal pizza promo). The customer, irritated at their lack of concern for her, started yelling denouncing the injustice of having someone else receive their orders before her since she seemed to have been waiting the longest. The employee, frustrated, lashed out. The customer asked for a manager, which Michael didn’t respond to and allowed for the employee to continue in dialogue with her. I asked for an update 3x on my order before I asked if it was being worked on at all, and if I should cancel it instead. Many chose their orders canceled. I have never seen such a dire situation. There were so many things and interactions that went wrong.

Pizza Hut should not have a promotion like this without better support on the staff side or the system/que. My order alone of two pizzas was $30. People were allowed to order up to 4 personal pizzas each $2. The manager should have handled the situation better, with transparency, and addressed everyone letting them know of the situation they were in and that they might not see their order anytime soon. He should have also stepped in with the upset customer and tried to deescalate/take care of her order first. There was no system in place to try to tackle the orders. They said their system was down, and instead of verifying orders through the customer side, they just asked what they had and handed it to them without a doubt. There were people who had walked in for five minutes and walked out with their orders vs those who had been waiting over 50 minutes. I know because that’s how long I waited until I decided to cancel my order. I will be verifying that it was canceled and taking this to corporate. There were employees with their headphones on, walking around, now using gloves as they handled food (which is fine if they washed them), and not using hair/beard nets. Unfortunately, in the future I will not be ordering from this location and avoid all promo days.
