I’ve been on the hunt for a good Jamaican food spot in Suffolk County for a while, happy to say I finally found one. This place was packed so I had high hopes for them and the hopes were satisfied. The fish was cleaned well and very well seasoned. The rice was cooked properly and the veg was a tasty side. The oxtails were really good as well. Definitely recommend and 100 percent intend to go back

I wish I had taken a photo of my food when I first opened it. I couldn’t help myself and started devouring, but trust me they really loaded up my plate. I was a bit hesitant paying $21 for a plate of oxtail but it’s absolutely worth it. The flavor is on point. The meat is tender. The cabbage is super delicious and the rice was just OK to me, but it’s the oxtail sauce that makes it super good. I really really enjoyed my meal and this was my first time eating at this place. The guy at the counter who served me was very sweet. Honestly, what a great family run establishment and they deserve your business. I want to come back to try the mac & cheese.

Just moved out to LI from Brooklyn & was looking for good Jamaican food. Out of all the places I’ve been to, this is the best. I usually get the jerk chicken, jerk pork, or beef patties. Ox tail is also very flavorful. Good customer service and portion sizes. Now a regular spot for me

I have been coming here for years and they’ve gone from amazing to “dang what did I just pay for” and that’s exactly what I just say to myself. Not only were they rude but when I asked for a scoop more of rice he put more back? This is my last time coming here unfortunately the customer service and care isn’t there anymore. Sorry to say that I can go to kfc and feel more valued

Haven’t been here in a long time. Decided to get some soup on a cold day. Went in, my sever was extremely pleasant for a change. Got a large soup and 2 fried dumplings and a Shirley. Get to my car ready to eat and find a dead roach in my bag. So instead of being an angry black women and making a scene. I decided to post this and never go back….ever!!!!!!

This is located in a shopping strip. There is a parking lot connected to the establishment. I came here for lunch and it was busy. There are a few seats area. The food is on display, so you can view your option. Also, multiple drinks options are available for purchase. I ordered a small jerk chicken with white rice and oxtail gravy on top. The food was ok. The jerk was not jerking (kind of bland).

I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been really good. However the customer service leaves more to be desired. I don’t mind paying for very good food, but when I work hard for my money and go to spend it, I want to make to feel I’m appreciated and I DON’T get that feeling here. Your customers are what keeps your company in business, make them feel appreciated or they will find another place that will!

I ordered stewed chicken and rice. When I got home realized I was given curry chicken instead. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was told I would have to purchase another meal. This is extreme horrible customer service and very sad. 2 good customers lost
