1st time there. Salad was wonderful, pizza was delicious, wish the red sauce was marinated a bit more. I’m not one to add sugar but maybe cut it a little, kind of taste out of the can. The crust was awesome. Toppings were just right!

We unknowingly came in 20 min before the kitchen closed which was an hour before most other restaurants on the street so we didn’t think to check. Regardless, the hostess/server (there was only one person on the floor) didn’t mention the closing time and sat us. She then disappeared and didn’t come back even though we were ready to order and then it seemed someone from the kitchen came out and told us we had 5 min to order and rushed us along. Ok

Pizzas are consistently good. The artichoke dip is tasty, the burrata bruschetta is usually good but came with a handful of whole, raw garlic cloves this time…ugh, why? they ran out of roasted and they wanted to close? Mixed greens was good.
Overall disappointing but I’d go back for pizza TO GO.
P.S. it’s not the first time the service lacked professionalism and a sense of genuine work ethic. Once out of a dozen visits did I have an attentive, knowledgeable, and personable server. That’s poor management.

Patxi’s Pizza has been one of my favorite pizza places for a while. This location is no different! The outdoor seating was open and we’ll spaced out. The staff was very friendly and helped us out choosing our dish. The pizza came out within 30 minutes and was literally oozing with cheese. The crust was perfectly crunchy and there was generous amount of toppings. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the mood for a delicious pizza!

Two of the four items ordered did not arrive so I call.
Whomever answers the phone is so unconcerned I’m speechless.

Ah yes well are you going to have somebody deliver the items that were missing?

The deep dish was weird. The crust was splitting. It was undercooked and mostly crust hardly any cheese. It was only made better by the fact that I put some pepperoni on it I had in the fridge and reheated it. The artichoke dip was dark and funky looking like it had been sitting out and oxidized. I’d tell you how the salad and wings were that were supposed to be but alas they never arrived.
A total disappointment.

We tried the butter chicken deep dish pizza. Really great taste! I was full in just 1-1.5 slices as its pretty heavy but worth it! The staff is friendly. We went in covid times so it was comparatively empty but I have been here before covid and always crowded. The San Carlos downtown is generally calmer so good for a quiet evening

Waiter was personable, helpful and attentive. Great location and you have the opportunity to walk your food off, or walk to dessert in the neighborhood. I don’t normally eat crust, but I’m glad I did… Had a great flavor.

We used to go to the Palo Alto location but this is so much nicer. Open and airy space along a pedestrian street. If it was summer I would have stayed for a stroll
