20 min for one sub is not good and there was no one here. There are 4 people working if thats what you call what there doing. This is the worst service I have ever had at a firehouse subs. Looks like 3 people talking and watching 1 person ever so slowly make food and I do mean s l o w……………………………. don’t know how the food taste because I writing this during my 20+ minute wait.

We were traveling and our hotel was across the parking lot. A few people had recommended firehouse. My first time eating at a Firehouse sub.It was good everything was fresh the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about their product. I will definitely try the Virginia location were we lived. I pray that that visit will be just as good.

So my wife is in the hospital and she’s like I really want firehouse, bet, let’s order it online. I walk in they don’t greet me, I’m used to that it’s whatever I go near pickup and hang off to the side for them to drop in pickup and lil buddy working behind the counter purposefully and loud enough for the shop to hear “that’s just crazy going over to the side and standing there” as if I offended him. So I asked if there was a problem and of course no no problem. Maybe think about doing your damn job rather than running your mouth about your customers, maybe the customer would tell you what they were there for if you greeted them rather than talk shit to your employees right there. Literally because I came in and stood off to the side quietly, that’s why you were so pressed?

I ordered the meat ball sub , or should I say ; my will to live. One look at that meatball sub and I instantly fell in love with 12inches of cheesy balls of meat snuggled tightly by toasted bread. I made sweet love eating this, my husband threatened to leave me due to how intimately I enjoyed this. Sorry about the picture, it was bigger but I ate a few bites already due to excitement. Excellent, food, service, atmosphere. Staff were friendly and very thorough, food was the best sub on two occasions my wife and I have ever had. We have Firehouse subs in Ohio but not even close to this one .

I was not happy with my purchase. The sub I bought, the bread was cut too close to the bottom. When I picked up my sub, meat and veggies slipped out of the sub, very messy.

We did an online order for this past Friday. It is so easy I wish everywhere did This. We put down for the food to be ready by 10:30 because our lunch was at 11:00. Friend picked up the food and was at work by lunch. The food was ready when he arrived and was amazing by the time he made it back to work. I ordered the medium tuna and was able to eat after for lunch and half a few hours later. Picture perfect and tastes great.

People in these reviews complain about their service, but you don’t know how their day is going. Highly recommend this firehouse!! Be nice to the team, they’re literally serving your food.

This store says welcome when you walk in but clearly doesn’t mean it. Their tone of voice that is so unwelcoming. Food was good but they clearly want to save money on filings and just give you mostly bread. Would not come back just because of the unfriendly service from employees that clearly don’t want to be there

I was the sonly customer in the place with 6 employees working and no one would acknowledge me standing there to take my order. Then the lady kept saying “Huh”when I was trying to place my order, didn’t give me a receipt say thank you or anything. As I am waiting 15 minutes the ceiling is leaking and about to fall so an employee thinks it’s good idea to stick a broom through it and make it fall. Keep in mind this is over the drink and ice station and installation falling everywhere. This was the first and last time I’ll ever be back. I wish the owner would give me a call so I could really tell him how the employees were acting.
