I ordered takeout 3 orders loco rice with chicken they changed me $58.89 l. Didn’t notice till I checked my bank account and it was double the menu price!! That 2 times they did this to me!! I will never by food from these idiots again!!

I had the Huevos rancheros with rice and beans. The sauce was slightly sweet and a good contrast to the eggs. The service was fast and friendly. We tried a new dish, Pineapple Relleno, a half pineapple with shrimp, crab, fish, and vegetables.

I called in the order and my boyfriend picked it up on his way home from work. I chose the food from the Jalisco website menu so I knew the approximate cost it would be but we were charged about $12.00 more! I called them back to ask about the charges and was told they raised their prices like 3 weeks prior but didn’t change it on their website. Not good business standards in my book!

Was not happy at all. First the parking is horrible but hey I understand. When we got in the service was slow but hey nobody wants to work these days so I understand but now the food oh the food was horrible. Chips were stale salsa had no spice at all. So I was starting to wonder. Then my main course beef burrito and a chicken burrito again no spice no flavor at all other than the spaghetti sauce they put on them. All together a bad experience they will not get a second chance.
