They got 2 stars because they were pretty quick with delivery- less than 30 minutes. However 2 super soggy sandwiches. I specifically asked for no peppers on the Philly cheese steak yeah loaded with peppers (the order ticket was written correctly philly- no GP) I never looked at a menu so I guess this part is on me because it does say what they use, but who loads an Italian meatball sub with black olives I travel all over the country and this is a first. That said it too was crunchy on top and mush on the bottom. The pizza is eh ok not the worst or the best. My biggest gripe is I’m a longhaul trucker and this order was intended to be 3-4 meals for instead it’s only 2 because those sandwiches went to to birds and critters

I see the biggest issue with Jakes is the delivery fee. I live in Oshkosh and any place I order from has a delivery fee and it does NOT go to their employees. I’ve asked them. The prices of ingredients have gone up and as a small business they could very well keep that money to help with costs. It’s worth it because their pizzas actually have plenty of toppings. They don’t skimp at all. We all tip our waitresses and they walk to your table from the kitchen, delivery drivers come to your home 10 minutes away. The convenience for you should be worth tipping. They go out in rain, snow and sleet when you don’t want to. Be grateful.

Definitely would not recommend Jake’s Pizza as they have the worst customer service. Ordered a pizza at 5:15 and all they said was, “see you soon.” 1.5 hours later and still no pizza. We tried calling for 20 minutes and the line was busy. Finally got through to someone so that we could cancel our order as we were hungry and decided to make other food. They said that the food just came out of the oven and that there was a “wait” which was never communicated to us. They said if we cancelled our order we would be taken off “the list” and not be able to place an order there and would not accept any future orders. Fine, good riddance. 0 out of 5 stars. Don’t eat here.

We ordered from here about 1-2 times a week for years under the old owner ship. Under the new owner ship the quality is horrible and are now charging 10 dollars to deliver plus a 4% surcharge to use a debit card. Very sad.

Have ordered from Jake’s many times, they have good pizza. But tonight they did exceptional. The pizza looked and tasted amazing and delivery was speedy even though they were Saturday night busy. Awesome.

Ordered two pizzas to be delivered to the RV park. They came in a timely manner and were good, but they messed the order up. I ordered medium crust and was charged for it on both pizzas and both were thin crust. Not enough of a mess up for me to call and make them redo the order, but it is annoying they charged extra money and then didn’t actually deliver what was ordered.

I drive through omro alot but I literally never stop. OMFG have I been missing out. I went to omro to buy a guitar and decided to google a random restaurant and I’m so happy I decided on Jake’s. Hands down the best meal I have had outside of 5 star restaurants. This is now my families new staple as it’s only 15 minutes away. The pizza was awesome, the mushrooms were great… I mean we got so much just to try it including the fish and nothing disappointed.
