Yum is all I can say. This was an incredible experience. The service, food and atmosphere was stellar. Had a homemade flair with a southern touch. If you want the shrimp and grits, come to the Sunday brunch. I highly recommend you try several different dishes. Budget friendly.

All I can say is no matter what dish you choose, you will not be disappointed. I’ve had the oxtail, pork chop (the kind that melts in your mouth without shredding) the short rib quesadilla, and the salmon and crab cakes. The chicken and rice soup by far is my favorite for a light refreshing savory lunch. I never order soup anywhere but this is like no other. The Chef is amazing and you’ll see him walking around making sure everyone loves their dish. His eyes is on deck and you can taste the love in his food! Hands down best food in PRINCETON! The consistency of the food Definitely beats my second favorite which is Erinis in Ewing by far! *Chef in picture*

Quiet place with attentive service and great prices. Food and drink is the real standout. It is obvious the Bishop is a serious chef. Will definitely be coming back even with the 75 minute drive.

This place was AMAZING! The ambience was it quiet and not busy. The decor was nice. I even ended up taking pictures outside. Our waiter. Timon was awesome and knowledgeable. The food was DELICIOUS. Packed with flavor and spice. We met the head chef/owner James Graham who was lovely. I can’t wait to come back again!!

Fantastic chef / staff. We stopped in around 4pm on a Sunday and we’re amazed by the crab cakes, egg rolls, shrimp scampi, and Cesar salad. Highly recommend checking this place out

The food was fantastic. We had the shrimp and grits and the chicken nd waffles. Both dishes were very flavorful and delicious. We sat outside and the chef came out to chat with us. He was extremely friendly and appreciative. I hd read great reviews of the oxtail but they were not in the menu–apparently for dinner only. I mentioned this to the chef, and to our surprise, came out later with a small dish of oxtail he had whipped up for us. Delicious. We also had a nice view of the golf course as the restaurant is in the clubhouse of the Princeton Country Club.

This was the first time that me and my wife and I had been here, and it was great. There was a live jazz/rnb performance, the food was great, and the service was excellent. The only downside was with us arriving later in the night. They were already out of ox tail. Would go again, though.

Went here Sunday for brunch. What a phenomenal experience! The restaurant is set inside of the Princeton Country Club. The decor is very appealing. The brunch is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., but we also had access to the lunch and dinner menus. The food was amazing!! We had shrimp and grits, oxtails and the house salad with salmon. Presentation was fabulous!! The portions were very generous for the price and we all had to get takeout containers! Chef James came out and greeted us and asked us how we were enjoying our meal. His wife was also on hand to table touch and make sure that we had everything we needed. We felt like family! We were told that happy hour will be starting in June! Can’t wait to see what that will be like! We will definitely return!

Me and my husband celebrated our anniversary there, it is the most friendliest, cleanest, and the atmosphere is charming. Oh my goodness the food is excellent. We will be going back, the chef came out and talked with us for a couple of minutes. Eating with the Bishop, you have too try this place out.

Excellent service, delicious generously portioned food, neat, clean. I cannot give 10 stars but I would! Chef was so generous he posed for pictures with us. I forgot to take pics of the meal but here is the almost eaten dessert which was absolutely delicious! We’ll be back over and over again. Can’t wait to try brunch!
