If you’re craving authentic Puerto Rican food, this food truck is an absolute gem! From the moment you step up to order, the welcoming vibe and incredible aromas will transport you to the heart of the island. The flavors are spot-on, with every dish bursting with freshness and authenticity. I tried Sancocho, and it was perfection— juicy pork and chicken mixed with carrots, potatoes, corn, and squash. Their empanadillas were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the Pastelon? Pure bliss!
The portion sizes are generous, the prices are super reasonable, and you can taste the love and tradition in every bite. Plus, Jadi is so friendly and clearly passionate about sharing Puerto Rican culture through her food.
I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu, but for now, I can honestly say this is hands down the best Puerto Rican food experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Jadi’s food was amazing. We stumbled upon this business while visiting Alpine on vacation and ended up dining here twice. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and authentic. Jadi’s customer service was also wonderful. The empanadillas and cheese dogs are a great option for a quick lunch or snack, and they’re freshly fried when ordered. We tried both the pizza and chicken empanadillas and both were amazing. Both daily specials we tried were also delicious and contained very generous portions. The sancocho is a great and hearty meal that’s perfect for a cold day.
We can’t wait to visit again and dine at Jadi’s. It was such a treat!

Jadis Puerto Rican Food is AMAZING! The service is exceptional, the owner is very sweet and friendly. The food is to die for! Authentic and some fun twists on the menu!
Her plan is to stay open through the winter months. I highly recommend trying Jadis! Everything we have had has been delicious! I will not only crave Jadis upon leaving Alpine, WY, but I will make a return trip just to eat here again!

Absolutely loved the food from this authentic, delicious little food truck! Jadi was very welcoming and friendly. We got a daily special with rice and beans, plantains, and extremely tender and tasty beef. We also got a couple empanadillas which were lovely. Highest possible recommendation!

We stopped by to try something local and ordered Puerto Rican cheesedog and the beef and potato empanadilla. It was a good amount of food for a snack for just $10.50 and they were served hot. The lady was so nice too.
