You are immediately greeted by pleasant staff. We ordered oxtail, jerk chicken, and a whole fish. Every plate was flavorful and absolutely delicious. The vanilla rum cake blew us away! I am not a huge cake and sweets person but I inhaled my slice of cake Lol.

Found the macaroni but it’s missing the cheese. And flavor. Also it’s way over cooked. Very disappointing food but, Stacey, the woman at the window is phenomenal. She always greets you with a smile and is great at her job!

Sometimes a change of meal option is needed during a vacation. This comfort food was that option. The oxtail meal was very fulfilling and very good. A great option to pick up and eat at the park or at the benches by the beach, which we did. Easy to order, off a very busy street… watch out for mopeds and bike rental.

Delicious!! Fresh, home cooking, with just the right amount of Caribbean spices. We had the escovitch snapper (whole) special with rice and beans and mixed steamed vegetables. Outstanding!

This place never disappoints. Today, I ordered the rice and peas, fry chicken with curry chicken gravy. You taste the coconut milk and the hint of pepper in the rice and peas, and I have tried so many Caribbean restaurants here on the island, and it’s always a miss. As for the atmosphere, the encounter with Stacey brings it , she is very personable, warm, and professional. I will always recommend Caribbean Cuisine for Caribbean food.

I can’t really assign a rating, I just wanted to note that I came at 10am when they were supposed to be open (according to their posted signage) and they were closed. This is of note because my ferry was at 10:45 and I wanted this as my meal for the day, which I was going to eat on the ferry (I skipped breakfast) so this threw my entire day off. Disappointed, really wanted to try this.
