Not sure why all the rave reviews. There was absolutely no wow factor here. Sweet and sour chicken was dry… Egg rolls were undercooked… Scallops were rubber and tasteless. No fountain pop with free refills here. Here’s a 12 ounce can of pop and a glass of ice. Waitress waited until she delivered the check to say “Thank you”. It’s the first time in many years I didn’t leave a tip. Very sad.

Food here is standard American-style Chinese food. Consistently good, but nothing special. We have ordered takeout here several times for the convenience.
The customer service is often a mess. They often take a phone order without telling taking my name, giving an order number, or an estimated pickup time. They do their best, but I’m surprised they don’t have better processes in place after years of operation.

I will never be ordering from this place again. We placed a group order through work, which was all picked up and paid for together. Except my order which they forgot. So I called to get it remade and drive back to pick up my order. Not only did they forget my order, the lady argued with me for 10 minutes, and I had to pay for my forgotten order again! $17 for an $8 lunch special, plus rude arguing from the lady who messed up my order in the first place! Poorly run restaurant at its finest!

Everything was great except the fried pork dumplings. They had a strange texture. Honey walnut shrimp was amazing. The lady working there was extremely friendly and they made my food fairly quick too

Love this place! In the past week, my husband and I have ordered take out for dinner from Jade Palace and we also tried out their lunch combo. Each time the food was delicious! When we placed the order for pick up, the food was ready at the time that we were told. When we ate in for lunch, the service was very fast and you get a very good portion for your money.
I feel like the pricing is right on and what I’d expect to pay at a nicer Chinese restaurant such as this one. In addition, our server, who was the owner, was very friendly.
I highly recommend Jade Palace and am glad that we now have another good food option in the Mound area!

2nd time here, food was excellent and fast both times. The service is great, and the cleanliness is superior. My ONLY complaint is the plates are ice cold… so the food is also cold in under 2 minutes. I ate off the serving plate instead this time…. After checking to see if the plate was once again freezing. I have commented on the issue both times…. ???

This place or Palace is Awesome!!! It is newly and completely remodeled. The Food is high quality and great flavor, priced right. I have to maintain a low sodium diet and they are excellent at keeping this mind and still make it taste great. Thank you for the fantastic experience and food. This new owner knows what she is doing. She previously owned Jade Fountain in Wayzata. I highly recommend you check this place / Palace out. You will love it.

Went here based on the good reviews, they must be fake because we Spent close to 40$ for sesame chicken and fried rice for 2, the fried rice was alright at best and the sesame chicken was inedible. We threw away 99% of it. The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Ok. This place looks a bit sketchy from the street. Staff were nice and the service was quick and good. The food isn’t westernized for its like more authetnic. Only con: I knew all of the staff really well and I a waiter run over to the hardware store across the street and come back with a fly swatter. That made me think there must be an issue in the kitchen regarding insects.
