I am super happy that I found Casey’s Crawfish / Bayou Brothers today! I tried their crawfish for the first time, and man, was I impressed! The price is very fair (currently $7.25/lb), and the service was excellent. I chatted with Casey, who was extremely friendly. Peel is 10/10. Spice is 7/10, but I like mine pretty spicy. Overall flavor is 10/10. They make their own boil seasoning, so they don’t taste like off-the-shelf boil powders. Super good! They are to-go only, so make sure you have some cold beer at home. 🙂 If you’re in the Jasper area, make sure to go give Casey’s Crawfish / Bayou Brothers a try!

The crawfish and shrimp are seasoned really good. I love that they have mushrooms as well. Im happy to have a place close to me to go to instead of having to travel hr to other locations that I enjoy. Customer service is always good.
