If you have heard about the famous Jaco’s Bayfront Bar & Grille on Pensacola’s bayfront, then you will love knowing that Perdido Key and surrounding areas will now have it’s very own Jaco’s. Most of the menu will match our sister restaurant, but some additional items will be featured, with a slant towards fresh gulf seafood. The food was pretty good, not great. The risotto was very thick and old. Do not order! The pizza with a Balsamic “drizzle” was unusual and not tasty. Just weird flavor combinations.

We love having brunch here. There are so many choices, everyone in the family finds a favorite and today I even tried something new. The fried green tomato tower was amazing!! It doesn’t feel as fancy as the downtown location, but the Mimosas were good and our waitress was great.

Christina C was amazing, great and attentive server we will always ask for her! We all loved our food, shrimp and crab dip, mushroom flatbread, smash burger, bibb lettuce chicken appetizer and the fried seafood platter! While we had to wait a while for service on Saturday night, Christina C took EXCELLENT care of us. Food was amazing and relatively affordable for the quality and portion size. Overall, this was the best restaurant we went to on our whole vacation! Don’t miss out on this place, I overlooked this gem for years! Can’t wait to come back!

We were visiting a church in the area and looking for a place to eat – thanks Google! Our wait was about ten minutes, which wasn’t bad since there was a slight lunch rush after we arrived. Our waitress had a great attitude and checked in on us regularly. The food was also great. They had $3 bloody Mary’s for brunch.

My husband and I had lunch here for the very first time today. It was his birthday. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice young man who seated us. About 15 minutes later our server came to the table. She didn’t greet us or tell us her name. She took our drink orders and it was clear she was rushing to take our order. To make a long story short, she took our order, we got our food, didn’t see her again until she brought us the bill. She didn’t check on us. No drink refills, no how are you doing – nothing. Our server was Melissa. Her name was on the bill. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have known her name. In spite of the poor service by Melissa, the food was excellent. My husband had the Filet Mignon. Been here 4-5 times now. Food at this restaurant is so much better than the downtown location for some reason. Props to the cooks and management here. Tonight, the burgers we ordered were great, our server Amanda took care of us, and we enjoyed the live music while he played.

First started out with fried crab cakes and the fries. The crab cakes were okay at best- $25 for 2 small cakes. The chicken scallopini was NOT good. No salt or pepper. Everything was kind of thrown together. No flavor..The smash burger was also not seasoned. The staff was very friendly and the manager tried to make it right however there was no saving this meal. First time here and was disappointed. For 730 on a Saturday it was completely dead inside

Overall an excellent selection of well prepared food. The crab cakes may have been the best ever. Well made drinks with good happy hour prices. Our server Christina was wonderful. I would recommend a visit here.

Our first visit and probably our last. We arrived at the restaurant 1:55 on mothers day. Took us a minute to figure out were the actual entrance was. This should be a simple thing, put hours on the door and people would realize this is the entrance. We saw other people trying to figure out the entrance. They had a buffet for mothers day, which we did not come for the buffet, if just happened to be happening. We were informed that they would be shutting it down soon to get ready for lunch at 2:30, but we could do the buffet or wait till 2:30. We said the food looked good so we would do the buffet. I understand buffets, but this food was barely warm. I finished my first and only plate of food and waited for my wife to finish hers before going for desert. I went inside and all the food had been removed. I asked a young man about the food and told him we had not been informed that the food was being removed or we would have come back for more. His response was sorry about that. When the waitress finally came back I told her that I went back in for desert and it was gone. I told her we should have been informed that they were taking the food down so if wanted more we would have the opportunity to get something. She said I thought they told you. ( This should have been her responsibility). She did offer us a desert but it would not be what they had out earlier. We declined. At this point we were ready to leave. Service was fair. Food was barely warm and for $29.95 a plate for a buffet we should been allowed more that one plate. Lets see if they respond.
