We stumbled in here for dessert during a two day girls trip to Bend. You order at the counter and the food is brought to you. Fresh baked pasties and breads available in addition to several coolers filled with local
beverages. There are beers on tap and a barista bar in the corner. On night one, we had the tiramisu, carrot cake and seasonal (almond/apple galette). Night two we stopped for dinner. We had the honey pie pizza, chicken Marsala pasta and and the elote cake. I had the cold brew both nights and it was beautifully balanced. I drank it black. The staff and atmosphere are amazing. I can’t wait to return.

We loved this neighborhood spot, and appreciated they had gluten free bread alternatives even though they’re a bakery who bakes their delicious bread in house. My mom bought the chili cheddar loaf and enjoyed it. The omelet and potatoes (gf) I ordered was also great, light and delicious. Highly recommend for gluten free diners.

Every time we visit Bend, stopping at Jackson’s Corner is a must for us. It has truly become part of our tradition, and without fail, we are blown away each time we walk through the doors.

What stands out most about this place is the staff. It is rare these days to encounter a team that is not only hardworking but also genuinely kind and welcoming. There is an energy here that you can feel immediately, and it completely elevates the experience.

Gabbie, who takes your order, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met! She brings such warmth and authenticity to every interaction and honestly makes the entire place feel extra special. That level of care leaves a lasting impression and keeps us coming back.

Beyond that, every single team member always seems to be working hard with a smile on their face. The environment feels positive, thoughtful, and well-run, which says so much about the people behind the counter and in the kitchen!

And the food is unbelievable!!!! Fresh, flavorful, healthy, and consistently delicious, it is clear that just as much heart goes into the menu as into the hospitality.

In a time when exceptional service can be hard to find, Jackson’s Corner continues to deliver an overall amazing experience. The staff is truly the heart of this restaurant, and they are a big reason why we make it a priority to visit whenever we are in Bend. Highly recommend to anyone looking for incredible food served by even more incredible people. Oh, and the sparkle pony is a MUST!

I got the omelet with the boursin cheese and it was absolutely delicious. It had dill in it which is one of my favorite flavors. The salad was a lovely change for a brunch side and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. Coffee was perfect as well. Best breakfast I’ve had in a while.

Consistently lovely and delicious after all these years—always such a treat to visit Jackson’s Corner! We had the special—a Cobb salad—and a regular salad off the menu—the Jackson’s Blue. Both were fresh, flavorful and delicious. A couple of coffees accompanied by a salted chocolate chip cookie and a wonderful conversation left is satiated and heart/happy. Thanks, Jackson’s Corner, for the quality and consistency you always provide for the community! PS. The artwork and atmosphere are wonderful as always too.

Jackson’s Corner on Delaware Ave was a great dinner spot! This was recommended to me from a coworker and I’m so glad she told me! Originally, I wanted pizza but decided on the burger. My husband got the 50/50 fettuccine. My husband said this was the best pasta he’s had in a while. He loved the taste and homemade noodles. My burger was cooked perfectly and the burger sauce was really good! We sat outside, there’s plenty of seating. There’s also a great variety of drinks and dessert. If you’re going with a group who has different tastes/cravings for dinner…this is the spot! Lots to choose from and the food was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, too! We went on a Wednesday, so it was a little more quieter. Now, we need to try the brunch!

Mixed experience, great service, fast friendly helpful, but the food was average. High quality ingredients, local, well prepared, but some of the pairings were weird.

For example, the spinach ruined the breakfast burrito, it almost entirely infused it with a weird green spirulina flavor. The breakfast sandwich was fine, the lemon aioli was delicious, but somewhere between the arugula, brioche bun, and lemon aioli did not work. And both the espresso drinks were horrible, like burnt office coffee from yesterday.

The bacon was great, potatoes were fine
