We ordered two different cocktails during our meal. They were okay, I can honestly say it could have been better.
Our server was amazing and friendly. He was very entertaining. He was dressed as Elvis and that’s when we found out it was the restaurant’s anniversary.
We will definitely go back again. So, I would recommend visiting here!
My husband and I visited your establishment on Saturday at 2pm. We were seated no problem. The table on my side was extremely sticky so I asked the waitress if she could wipe it. She told me it’s the finish on the table and that wiping it off won’t help but she will wipe it anyway if that’s what I want. She had a huge chip on her shoulder from the time she walked up, never cracked a smile, and just acted like it was a huge inconvenience for us to even be there. My husband asked if you guys have diet Dr. Pepper and she snapped “we don’t have that”. She brought our drinks, we placed an order for an appetizer, and she huffed off. A good while went by and she had not come back yet to take our order. We decided we are not going to spend money just be treated with such disrespect so we got up and left. We went to Applebee’s instead.
I did come back and try again. I sat at the bar this time. The Holy Jalapeño Burger is amazing. I want it every time I go back. The beer was cold and refreshing. The wings were a lot better than my prior visit. The wine selection is a no for me. However, I’m sure someone will. The service at the bar wasn’t as good as the dining server, but I guess it just depends on how the bartenders view you.
Our appetizer was Onion Rings and we sent them back. We didn’t ask for a refund but thought someone might stop by the table to ask about it and they didn’t. They don’t cook them at the right temperature and the breading soaks up all the grease. So, you get a greasy dripping mess with chewy breading. That was a pass.
For the meal we ordered salads (not bad) as a starter followed up with six wings (that is their specialty?). The wings were OK but I’ll go to Publix next time if we want “acceptable” wings. If they would just cook the a little longer.
The worst item was the pizza that described on the menu as thin and crispy. Oh man! It was chewy and gross. We gave up then. The only saving grace there was the nice waitress Heaven. She kept the drinks filled and was very nice.
I can’t speak for all of the servers, but the gentleman I had during my visit was STELLAR. He was very attentive, made helpful suggestions and really added to a very pleasant experience!
The menu is quite diverse for such a suspicious name as Wild WING Cafe… next to their delicious wings, their Bavarian pretzel, salads and wraps are also a main feature and hit!!!
I highly recommend the pretzel, above all else. It was very soft and had the perfect amount of salt. The wings were also phenomenal, although not the best in town (probably the third best, behind 2 Guys and a Pie #1 and Mellow Mushrooms Cloud Wings #2).
And, if you are someone like myself who gets anxious with options..this is my warning… they have a plethora of delicious and flavorful sauces to choose from for wings and other items!
This joint gets a 4/5 stars because the food wait time was heinously long… so be prepared and arrive extra early if you are HUNGRY.
