Jack is my ultimate favorite in the Sacramento area for casual dining. I have never had anything here that is not awesome. I go to is definitely the urban fries because they’re insanely good. I usually get the chipotle barbecue tri-tip sandwich. The salads are very popular and they have lots of yummy sides to choose from. Honestly, I am a Jack super fan because I can’t even think of anything to try to avoid at this restaurant.

The food is hit or miss. Some days they make great food but today the chicken was off and my samdwich didnt come with the usual pepperocini & pickle spear, which was disappointing. The customer service is good. They greet their customers each time and they always seem happy to be at work. They just missed the minor details on the preparation.

Great place, great food and nice environment. The weekends usually are pretty busy with family and children enjoying the water fountains and hanging out lounging getting some sunshine. The outdoor seating is always my favorite. Thee food was delicious. We got the chicken pesto and chicken club sandwiches with side salads and the cilantro lime dressing. Everything was delicious and very fresh. Never disappoints.

This five stars is for the fries but four star for the salad. Nice dine in area and great customer service. Highly recommended the fries, great price and also delicious favor. However, for the salad, the tofu is extremely sour and the meat is really dry. Will try something else next time but recommend this place if you want some healthy food.

Grabbed a beer and we snagged up small order of both Urban Fries (topped with a spicy chili oil, blue cheese dressing, chili flakes and parsley) and their Garlic Fries. Portions were perfect for small — the fries were just ok on the cook. No crunch, some soggy, some perfect. Might just be the fact they are drizzled with chili oil and dressing. Tasty, but not as good as I remember on the cook. The garlic fries absolutely tasted like garlic from the jar.

Great bustling locale at the Fountains. It was busy when I was there and the location had limited indoor seating but the food was excellent and the service was accommodating for my friend who has a disability. A bit dark inside for my liking but otherwise a great experience!

Never going back. Best place used to be my staple. I would go to it once a week with my colleagues for lunch. I will not go to Jack’s Urban each again. You have been removed from one of the list of places I will eat at for lunch. The meat on my sandwich was tough and dry. The salad had rotten leaves. Sad because this place was such a great hit.

It was a little disappointing. I was excited when they advertised a turkey brie sandwich but when I got it I found it is an overpriced turkey bacon Swiss sandwich. It was good but definitely not as advertised (see the pic with clearly Swiss cheese). Plus the mac n cheese was pretty void of flavor. I would definitely not be complaining if I didn’t pay over $25 for the meal and still have to eat with a plastic fork. Next time thanks but no thanks!
