This place is a freaking joke! $33 worth of food and they didn’t give me one of my more expensive items, they didn’t wrap my taco and put it in the bag upside down so everything fell out. My husband went in to fix the mess up, they gave him an attitude about the taco being dumped in the bag and didn’t want to remake it. After giving an attitude they replaced it but they got the order completely wrong! I ordered a Doritos locos chicken taco and they gave me a regular crunch ground beef taco. I went in myself to fix it and nobody seemed to know what the heck they were doing. 90% of the staff was standing around playing on their phones. At this point I asked to see a manager while they replaced my taco, AGAIN, and they refused to let me see a manager!!!! This store is a flipping joke, DO NOT EAT here, unless you want everything in your order to be wrong. I still feel it’s was absolutely ridiculous nobody would let me speak with a manager!!!! After all was said and done, my husband ordered a chalupa supreme with steak and they gave him a ground beef chalupa which we didn’t notice until after we left. So we spent $33 on shitty food that wasn’t even what we ordered!!! I want my dam money back!

My boyfriend and I got 7 Doritos locos tacos just beef and cheese and we got little to none on each taco and they were put upside down in the bag. Which we didn’t notice til we got back our house. I understand going at 11:30 at night to get food must be frusting for some or whatever the case may be but I don’t remember the serving size this little..

This is the first time I have had an issue with Taco Bell, mind you I haven’t had Taco Bell in months.
I ordered five tacos since they had a deal & some nacho fries.
My soft tacos didn’t even have lettuce on them.. and it was like they left it cooking for too long, because the cheese usually is not melted.. I had to peel the tortilla from the wrapper..
my nacho fries were ice cold. The nacho cheese was like lava (temperature) But the fries themselves.. Must’ve came out of an igloo.. not a fryer. Plus it took a pretty decent amount of time for not a lot of items.
Unfortunately this is going to be my last time going to Taco Bell in a really long time, especially with prices going up, portion sizes going down.. and fast food just isn’t good for your health.
The only good thing about getting Really bad service From any fast food restaurant, is that whenever I’m feeling lazy, I’ll remember the time that I sat and drive-through for a while.. Got bad food that I ended up throwing away most of (and wasting $$) and just decide to eat at home and use better ingredients.

The food is good my real only complaint is every single time I order something with no lettuce I still get lettuce so the employees clearly are careless with the orders and making sure the food goes out to the customer correctly as the customer has ordered also several times I have ordered different things with no sour cream bc I am deathly allergic and yet I also still got sour cream. So I have thrown entire orders out! Teach the employees to put the food out how it’s ordered

Went to get something from the Long John Silver menu, only to find out they no longer have LJS at that location. It’s the ONLY reason to go to Taco Hell. The Taco Hell menu sucks and you crap it out 15 minutes after eating it. I won’t touch it, neither will anyone I know. Bring back LJS.
Actually, it’s probably better to just shut this place down, deep clean it, bring in new staff, and maybe not give people diarrhea from the Taco menu in the future.

6 plus minutes later i got my two tacos. One was ok … the other was no nacho n the sour cream was all at one end.
Why ? Is it a lack of training ? Probably not. Nobody with a clue would do that trained or not. No … its that they just don’t care at all. I mean why should they. They wont ever get in trouble … so why care ??

I’m happy to report the hush puppies were 1000% better than the last time I came Unfortunately the fries weren’t I think they need to go back to regular fries the waffle fries don’t look appealing (especially speckled with white and black seasoning)? The fish was a little better but still over cooked and to greasy It’s 2025 people care about salt and grease even when eating fast food I expect a lot from LJS because when it’s good it’s great Fyi soda should be checked for flatness periodically because mine tasted like no carbon was involved(I didn’t want ice so it wasn’t watered down) I was sceptical giving LJS another chance after I saw someone asking for a refund for Taco Bell before I could order I also drove 40 minutes to get there so I expect great food

Ordered on the Kiosk. Added my phone number for the receipt, but one was never sent to me. Waited about 10 minutes for our food when we finally received our order the food was cold and we were missing two items. (we discovered this after leaving so we paid for two items we never received)
The manager seemed to be very disorganized and leaning his the staff for everything. Doesn’t seem like there was much quality control either.
Lastly, the men’s bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the place, dirty toilet (there was poop all over the toilet bowl rim), and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few days.

This was a joke coming here. We waited in line for 35 min. We ordered 2 craving boxes. There were no boxes. The food was just thrown in the bag and a few tacos were half opened. They didn’t give us the cheese for the nacos. And our drinks were not full. When we went to go inside the restaurant, the doors were locked.
