I brought my service dog inside and we got booted out after spending $13 on 2 breakfast platters. The food was great but having an employee scream because there is a dog in the building is absolutely ridiculous especially because we have been to the Henderson Jack location l, ate our food, watched football on their tv and no one reacted like this or kicked us out. I don’t know if these people know their laws but you can not kick out service animals, you are not allowed to even ask for paperwork, now if my animal had been disruptive or had accidents I would understand this behavior. But we literally had already sat down, were eating our food quietly and the manager sent a front counter employee to do her dirty work. That’s just sad. You will lose a lot of business acting like fools. Fears of dogs should never make your customers feel unwelcome. It wasn’t like we made you pet him either. We just wanted to enjoy our meal and continue exploring the town. We aren’t from around here. Good to know where we won’t be returning.

Nothing spectacular, it’s fast food.
I must say though, after ordering the Big Jack I was pleasantly surprised. It had a healthy day of mayo and ketchup, plenty of pickles and onions and the cheese was actually melted on each of the 3 patties. The fries are thick, crinkle cut and could have used another minute in the frier.

I went through the drive thru at the Brownsville Tn location and an employee hit my truck with a rolling garbage can.. I reported it to the employee taking my order and she apologized and said she would tell the manager. Instead of the manager coming out to talk to me the employee that hit my truck came outside yelling and screaming at me calling me a liar .. he was very violent about it and I yelled back at him so I placed my order and drove around the building.. This should not have been handled this way. Management and District Managers need to view the footage on the cameras that over look the drive thru. Now I’m afraid to go back there because this guy was so violent !!! And I love Jacks. Been a customer for many years !!

Stopped at Jack’s Family Restaurant for a quick bite and it hit the spot. Burger was hot and juicy, fries came out crispy, and my drink stayed filled. Place was clean inside and the workers were polite and got my order out fast. Good little stop when you want something simple and tasty without spending a bunch of time

The worst customer service by the team and Manager on duty. I’m here right now please go anywhere else. I don’t pay for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and that’s for real. Now you have an attitude because you gave me an order that was apparently old. Since their attitude was so bad I asked for my money back. The person at the drive thru window first had a very bad attitude when she took my order. District Manager needs to retrain the whole restaurant
