I gave this place a five-star because of Tianna Stubblefield she was a very very sweet person and absolutely enough hospitality to last anybody a lifetime, My food’s always hot and I know it’s fresh, was very clean thank you for everything that you do for the Jacks this is why we always come back and others that come in here to jacks, as a manager she really knows her stuff, I will be back to enjoy some great food

Went through the drive-through to order two meals. One of my meals was not right this is the second time this has happened to me. I ordered a #7 four piece chicken tender meal large size. When I checked my order it was wrong. The meal was missing tenders. Plus the meal was given out as a medium size meal which was not correct for the order I placed. This has not happened to me once but twice. Jack employees really need to check the order before they hand out the order.

The last three trips I have made through the area, I have stopped for breakfast. How hard is it to get a burrito correct? The eggs were runny, and the baking was almost raw. No kidding. Pulled it out of the burrito in one piece and it shot across the truck like a rubber band. Both of us were sick to the stomach the next day. Read the reviews for the sugar-free Haribo gummy bears. It was that bad.

We ordered the holiday meals. One was the double cheeseburger with only pickles and ketchup on it. There was so much mustard and onions of it the wrapper was soaked in mustard. Fries were stale. The struggling small town needs better options than a restaurant who provides this kind of quality and lack of care.
Update: thank you for the raw chicken that i brought home and unfortunately gave to my immunocompromised child. You need to closed down.

We bought 3 large milkshakes and all 3 were about half full. We go to Jack’s a lot on various trips but it looks we will avoid this one in the future.

I came through the drive through on lunch, and honestly I don’t think I’ll be back. The girl in the drive through was rude and had an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by existing. I got the new Cheesy Chicken Bacon sandwich, which had virtually none of the cheese sauce it was supposed to have. My mashed potatoes and gravy were ICE, and my strawberry cream cheese pie literally had no filling. It’s so disappointing because Jack’s is one of my favorite chains, but this was ridiculous.

Took forever to get food. Worker spilled hash rounds on counter and put back in carton to serve untill someone said something to her. Very poor service

Absolutely, Rude!! I visited Jack’s in lineville AL while I was there, and it has to be some of the rudest people I have come into in my travels!! Food quality was very poor! This place has gone WAY downhill.
