Had an issue on my last visit. Expressed it to Christy and immediately got a response. Went back tonight and Christy and Sylvia were wonderful, remade the order and it was the way I remember Jack’s being. Its hard to expect fast food to be great, but they reminded me that it can be, and they do really care about the guests. Must have gotten them on a bad night last time, which happens. If you work in the food industry you understand. Thank you ladies for fixing mine and my daughters meal. You’re amazing.

Service was great. Food was hot and tasted good. Disappointed in the amount of fries in the box for all three combo meals. Very few in each. Appears shrinkflation is alive and well at Jack’s as well as all fast food restaurants.

Placed a mobile order here. Showed up and there was only one other person in line. They then proceeded to take over an HOUR to eventually give us our 2 meals. Made us pull to the side of the parking lot while they gave food to multiple other cars. Went inside to see what was going on and had to wait even longer. Literally do not come here. They refused to give us a refund even though they made us wait over an hour.

I ordered two family deals spent $50 was missing fries got half a cup of clumped gravy for two containers of potatoes and the chicken was so spicy I can’t even eat it. The mashed potatoes weren’t even moist still had clumps of dry. I’m livid. I’ve always loved there service. It was an hour before close.

The Jack’s at (Snead) Blount County is WAY BETTER WITH THE SIZE OF THE BISCUITS THERE.

Visited today 5/26. Extremely disappointed with our visit. The food was hot, fresh enough and quick. Our issue was with the overall dirtiness of the restaurant and flies swarming us while we ate. It was disgusting. Table had a nice film over it, food and garbage in the floor. The windowsills were beyond dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so it wasn’t like they were slammed with orders and couldn’t tend to the dining room. The men’s bathroom was very filthy as well. We will not be coming back to this Jack’s anytime soon, drive thru or dine in. If the dining room is that filthy, I worry about what the kitchen looks like.

11/12/22. On most of my visits, there’s always something wrong with a drive through order. You’d think out of common sense, ordering a 4 piece meal would include at least a ‘small fry’s” amount of fries + the amount of sauces requested. Half the time they’re undercooked and/or soggy, Like eating a raw potato. Sorry for this. Sometimes their food’s good though.

I order the same stuff every time I go here but for the last few weeks nothing but errors in my order getting wrong sandwiches to No napkins or forks to eat with. Or give me coffee with the lid not sealed. I hope they get there act together. Or not having no sugar
