We’re here visiting Burlington for the first time. We saw this place on Google maps and my 10 year old immediately said she wanted fish and chips. We walked down around 3:30pm and were welcomed and quickly seated. There was no wait at all. Coming between meals is likely your best bet. I hear this place can get packed.

Right on the waterfront area of Burlington. The service staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. I would recommend the fish and chips and the pulled pork tacos. Yummy! Having a meal here and watching the sun set over the Adirondacks is just breathtaking. You can come here to have drinks and/or a meal. They do have boats dock which can get in the way of the view so make sure you plan accordingly. Definitely check this place out!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Sitting outside on the waters of Lake Champlain at sundown is amazing. The food was delicious, some of the best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time. The waitress was polite and friendly and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend eating here if you get the chance. One of the most relaxing dining experiences in Burlington.

First time trying out this place, it was amazing, the view worth a million bucks itself. Let’s talk about the food, I ordered the soup of the day it was jerked chicken and rice it was perfectly seasoned spicy to the right point. The coconut shrimps were amazing, the lobster roll however beyond this world. Our waitress her name is Lisa she was very friendly. This was their opening weekend and it loved it. First time and won’t be the last.

What a VIBE! You get to dine on the dock! Absolutely amazing views. The staff is great and checked in on us from time to time! Took the delicious clam chowdah and their “dock-tails” (always appreciate a good pun) rock the dock and St. Germain! Would visit again when I’m in the area to catch sunsets over some good food!

Very easy going place with friendly bartenders. I’m coming from Canada and tip 15 percent but with the great service 20 percent was just right for the service I got. Good views and good drinks as well.

Beautiful views, but not the best drinks. Not bad. Just ok. Also the best, shaded seating is only for if you are eating. If you just want drinks you have to sit at picnic tables out in the sun.

Bizarre experience and not a good business model! We were on vacation and stopped by here for drinks to enjoy the view and local scene. Drinks were great, so we didn’t mind spending $32 for 2 drinks and a nice tip. At 3:30 pm it was not busy and there were many empty tables, which you can see in our photos. We were enjoying ourselves for a mere 15-20 minutes when a worker approached us and said “I’m sorry but these seats are only for people who are eating food and someone else has requested this table, so I have to ask you to leave, but you can go up to the upper deck and sit at a table up there” We were absolutely blown away! We had just purchased drinks and were planning to have another. We did not see any signs stating this rule, The worker did not offer us a menu or give us a chance to order anything. We were so shocked that we didn’t really know what to do or say, so we complied and started to head to the upper deck, but then some young girl worker stopped us and said we couldn’t go up there either! We told her what the guy had just told us but she said he was mistaken. Super sassy and rude and said we could stand at the tables in the blazing sun on the middle deck. What!? Nobody was even on the upper deck! And while we hung around for about 2 minutes in disbelief nobody ever went to the table that we were told someone requested – and why we were asked to leave. It was the most bizarre experience we’ve ever encountered at a restaurant/bar! So we spent $32 on 2 drinks for 15 minutes and had to leave, but evidently if we had spent a few bucks on a food item we would have been able to stay there? Terrible business model and just dumb. Do you not want customers? We would have understood if it was busy or an actual meal time, but it wasn’t! It was literally cocktail/happy hour and nobody was around. I guess I now know why! It was their loss though, since our 3 kids (young adults) were up the street at Echo and we had planned to find a place to meet for dinner, which could have been Splash, but instead we took our business ($180 dinner/drinks purchases) elsewhere. There are lots of little breweries nearby without nonsensical rules. We suggest going there instead.
