Ordered to go. Chicken breast fries. 11 bucks. I said that cant be. She did something and then it was 5 bucks. I waited and waited and waited then was told no more breast. I was given a leg and wig that had been sitting under the light since morning. Others were given refunds on the breast they ordered. Not happy. Terrible service. Terrible food.

Ordered a big bacon with no lettuce or tomato and got a plain burger with onions and no bacon. The big bacon doesn’t even come with onion. If i wanted my order messed up i would have went to McDonalds. Jacks needs to step up. If this is the only option we have for fast food in odenville id rather go hungry.

The food was pretty good for being fast food. Service was a little slow but they were super nice. Please be patient with your fast food employees they are doing their best! The atmosphere was great when we went and was quiet enough to have a conversation.
