The Hispanic lady with the very long black deliberately hair ignored me for several minutes, refused to take my order at the POS when she asked if I had ordered, told me snidely that I would have to use the kiosk or wait, and when I told her her behavior was rude she told me to get out.

Ok. So it’s McDonald’s. But this one is freshly remodeled. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I’m on a lot carb diet and asked for no bun. They gave me then in a nice container with lettuce which doesn’t come with the regular sandwich. Cleanliness seems to be very important here as is the customer experience.

WARNING: Do not place curbside orders here if it is raining! I frequently place a mobile order & get curbside pickup at this Mickey D’s without a problem but not today. I placed the order & arrived at 12:14 but still did not have my order after waiting 15 minutes! Because they take payment after you check in I was NOT going to leave without my food. So I got out of the car to pick it up inside. I was met at the door by a server with my order who told me “No one wants to go out in the rain.” OK, granted, it was DRIZZLING, but isn’t this a service industry? So my fries were cold & the ice in my beverage was mostly melted. Aargh!

If I could give this place negative Stars I would. after waiting 25 minutes for 10 chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese my quarter pounder came out looking like a dog food sandwich with no cheese. the burger was literally torn in four or five different pieces and just thrown on the bun. after I drove home and discovered this I drove back to the store and waited a few minutes for someone to help me. Finally the manager came by and I told him I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and this is what I got and I open the lid and showed him. He simply turned around and told the staff to make another quarter pounder with cheese. I never did get an apology or anything. I wouldn’t let my dog eat here and I don’t even have a dog. If this area was hit by a nuclear bomb and the only food available was at this restaurant I would rather starve
