I wanted something different than that Truck Stop food so I parked and walked across the street. I ordered chicken nuggets and a burger with an extra cheese burger for later and a strawberry milkshake. Those nuggets were so good! I was full and just saved both burgers for the next day. Hands down the best milkshake way better than some but not many options. The staff was super friendly, and very energetic!

I got the stacks of pancakes with sausage and a side of eggs. Wonderful price for what I got. Spent less than $7. Pancakes were really good for being fast food. So why the 3 stars? Service. Service wasn’t pleasant. The lady at the counter acted like she didnt want to be there. No greet, no smile, just a straight face and I definitely felt like I was unwanted in there. A guy customer next to me even said “wow she seems like she doesn’t want to be here” which i replied, “you think”. The gentlemen worker which I assume was a manager was on his phone and when an order came in through drive food, he threw the sandwich in the bag like it was a big deal to bag a sandwich and it was the end of the world. So yeah Service sucked pretty much. I still continue to go 3 days a week because the food is cheap and delicious. I will still continue to ask how they are and smile even if I dont it in return. I wont let them ruin my day.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: The total time I was in the drive thru was about 15 minutes. After receiving my food, I always pull over and check because I have a long drive home. I discovered the sausage gravy was MISSING from both platters. I go in and wait 2 minutes with no line before being acknowledged. When I was acknowledged the conversation was, “What! You missing something?!”

Without approaching me to speak to me directly the lady with long nails and red hair said, “We out of gravy!” *rolls her eyes* and continues to walk off!
She wore no name tag but I will always remember her face and the bad experience she left me with. No one said “we’re out of gravy, just to let you know.” How could you be out of gravy at 7 in the morning and you’re advertising a special with gravy! I honestly believe she was lying to me because she was ready to go. After reading all of the poor services reviews, I realize I am not the only one. Something needs to be done!

There were eight people there and I have pictures to prove the female bathroom was disgusting. The soap dispensers were both dripping on both sides with petals underneath them, to you if any paper towels, broken toilet roll dispenser, broken toilet seat, and just all together. Ridiculous to have that many people working and we were the only ones there to be served for the restaurant to look that bad. If you would like pictures don’t hesitate to contact me.

I’ve never felt more disrespected or disgusted in my entire life. We stopped here around 5pm on Sunday to grab a quick dinner. We waited about 10 min inside for someone to acknowledge my wife and I at the counter, even though there were 2 workers standing there, not one of them even looked up. So we decided to go through the drive through instead. While we were able to place our order fast, we waited about 20+ min to get our food. No one even came out the window to say anything or sorry. Finally we got our food. We ordered 2 #5 cheeseburger meals. My wife opened the bag, and 2 of the burgers were freezing cold. The other 2 were ok, so we each grabbed one to eat. She took one bite and the smell of SEWAGE that was coming from the burger was BEYOND DISGUSTING that she immediately spit it out. I smelled it, and I’m sorry to say it literally smelled like someone wiped their behind with the top of that bun. Safe to say we decided to not eat any of our meal. I knew going inside to complain or ask for a refund would be ignored. Absolutely disappointed with lack of service or care and quality of food here. I WOULD NOT STOP HERE IF I WERE YOU!!!
