We both worked at Day’s for more than 32 years. We sold the business in 2018 and had an opportunity to purchase Cindy’s in 2019. Cindy’s was established in 1980, and we are excited at the opportunity to give this historic restaurant a new life. We have always taken pride in offering our customers the highest quality, freshest seafood. We will continue our tradition of fresh picked lobstermeat and crabmeat for our rolls and delicious fried seafood. We use only the best quality canola oil for frying. You Can Taste the Difference!!

The lobster roll and the clam chowder was very tasty (way better than The Lobster Shack at Two Lights in Cape Elizabeth). The mayo was the right amount and did not over power the chunky lobster meats. The clam chowder…perfect to my taste. Went there during off-peak for lunch but still there was still line but quick.

The lobster rolls were incredible! The lobster meat was abundantly generous and the bread was perfectly toasted. We started with the chowder, which did not disappoint. We would highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite or grabbing takeout on your way to the beach.

Cindy’s is a great little place in a convenient spot. The crab and corn chowder is wonderful, super flavorful and satisfying. The fries are very good, I love a good fresh fry. The fried scallops are tender and sweet and the fried whole clams are fantastic. I like to stop in when i am in the area. Prices are good.

Got the gluten free lobster roll which was tasty and nice that it was an option. The fries were good, though not salty. Would definitely recommend as a great spot to stop for a quick bite that is good quality!

We went there on Friday at 4:40. There were 4 other cars in the parking lot. The sign by the road says OPEN and hours are Thursday – Monday 11:00-6:00. Apparently being short staffed you just close an hour and a half early. Seriously, you couldn’t make it to 6:00. There were 3 employees that we could see. You missed 4 cars of people wanting to try your advertised delicious seafood. No worries we ALL went to Days. They were happy to serve us.

Food is good, but the prices are a bit out of control for the amount of food you get. I don’t know how in Maine, a place that is just a shack on the side of the road can charge 28+ dollars for a lobster roll. The people working are always incredibly friendly, but the service is often very slow. Waited 20+ minutes for a lobster roll and shrimp basket with only one person having ordered in front of me. This will certainly be a once-in-a-while place.
