We love Jack’s for breakfast! Sausage biscuit is so good. We love the Friday morning crew! They have our order memorized ☺️ Recent renovations are very nice and the restaurant is clean. Parking lot is also clean, thanks to the gentleman that is ALWAYS working hard.

Horrible food and lacking in friendliness. I was there a couple weeks ago and had great milkshakes. Went today and had a horrible experience. Both milkshakes were so thin they were like soup. The big jack was cold, patties burned and cheese wasn’t even melted. Ketchup on burger though I asked for none. And so many onions! Couldn’t even eat the burger. The fried chicken was semi cold and lacked flavor. The biscuit was good though but a good biscuit out of all we ordered being the only edible item is crazy. I paid nearly $25 for this meal. Definitely would not recommend to anyone based on today’s visit.

Jack’s has always been our go to fast food restaurant. The one in Carrollton used to be really great but I think management or something has changed because now the fries always taste like the oil is old. We have tried 2 different times to eat there this month and it has been the same. Also our biscuit meat was horrible! My chicken tastes like old oil and my husbands smoked sausage was so small. We will not be back to this location.

Delicious chicken. Not so great slaw, awesome biscuit. Good iced tea. Really nice dining room with round tables as well as others and a fireplace and one tv. I don’t like places where you can see 6 things at once. The price is unbeatable.

This was my first time trying Jack’s. Even though no one was here and only one customer was at the establishment, the employees were very helpful and busy. They had the friendliest, and quickest service of all time. I ordered a Big Jack with the combo. The burger was delicious but my only problem was the portion of the size. The burger was small but the taste was very delicious. It was very fresh and warm! The fries were hot, salted and were crispy too, it did not lack any flavor or seasoning. The mashed potato with gravy was tasty and even though there’s better ones out there, this one is one of my all time favorites for mash potato with gravy! The lemonade was delicious too! I love their lemonade. It’s definitely my favorite drink from there! The food ended up being served under a minute after I paid, and it was very hot! Out of all the other fast food joints, I will definitely come back here again! The prices were also reasonable as well. Wasn’t expensive as some others are.

The food was terrible. I went during lunch time hoping to get some breakfast. I remember their breakfast food being good. Definitely do not recommend going during lunch. Nothing had flavor. The shakes literally were the consistency of just regular milk with some ice mixed in. Service was terrible. The employees looked miserable. Besides taking my food order, no one said a word to me after. Never going back to this location.

We stopped for a quick meal and to try the bbq rib sandwich and it was very delicious. Just know it can get messy so get extra napkins! There’s just enough sauce to be good.

Dumb me figured I give them another chance & went & got some breakfast through the drive-thru & of course the lady made me pull up to the door & they wasn’t even busy all I ordered was a smoked sausage biscuits regular hashbrown & a big breakfast sandwich with extra bacon which all should be ready rightaway but no I had to pull up just to get a big breakfast sandwich with untoasted toast wth cant even do that right, toast bread. This was really the last time for me Jacks is dead to me now

Friendly staff and tasty but don’t think they make the burgers fresh mine was cold

Edit: Don’t go thru the drive-thru here they will mess up your order everytime just sloppy. Dinning in is ok but the drive thru horrible & kinda my fault because I should’ve checked my order rightaway but me thinking they’ll do their job right & trusting them, got me a burger I order with no pickles, completely plain just patties & cheese & the apple pie wasn’t in the bag at all. I been trying to get in contact with them thru the survey thru email no response so here is my updated review & I won’t be back at all!

Unbelievable place the prices are amazing. It’s hard to believe how great the prices are. I got a breakfast deluxe which had 2 sausage patties, eggs, grits, gravy, biscuits and hash rounds for under $6 dollars. Try this place out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner you won’t be disappointed. Also, after 4 pm they have $6 dinners meat, 2 sides, and a biscuit. Thank you Jack’s for having great food at affordable prices. Great milkshakes also

Need to do a better job at putting food in the bags. Our fries was all in the bottom of the bag. Salt could be used more on the fries as well
