Once I got to the second window, I was greeted by a lovely younger brunette who handed me the small vanilla shake, no Oreo added. I smiled, said I was sorry for the inconvenience, but I had actually ordered this with Oreo. She smiled back, kindly took it out of my hand & checked her screen & said she’d fix that right up. A few moments later I was rudely greeted by I think a manager?! Who handed my my shake & said “um, wasn’t rang up that way but here you go” & quickly shut the window. Posting my receipt for the food police of a manager. Checkity-CHECK yo self before you WRECK yo self lol. Have the day you deserve. Something so small like that can really just tick someone off. Like girllllll, do not insinuate I’m a liar & treat me as such. I promise nobodyyyyy is trying to get away with the .35 CENT up charge over here lol. Manager was brunette, maybe 32 yrs of age.

I tried twice to order the Big Mac Meal. Finally just got the sandwich, and it was the messiest Big Mac I’ve ever eaten. Way too much sauce. A little training might be in order.

It was a long wait and then get the wrong food. My husband ordered sausage egg and cheese but didn’t get. He only got sausage egg. And then other couples were getting wrong food as well

For a newer McDonalds I found it lacking a lot. Went into the facility to get a couple of diet cokes. No menu at all inside and there were 2 or 3 order kiosks. People were fumbling on the kiosks so that took some time. Tried to order through the app, but apparently as of 9/21/2025, this location is not linked to the McDonalds app, making it impossible to obtain rewards or order and pay through the app. Once we figured out how to order, the service was fast and staff was extremely friendly. “Fast Food” isnt what it used to be since a lot of “Fast Food” companies make customers, who go into the restaurants, order from a kiosk which is not easy or intuitive to use.

Manger was pretty nasty to a young girl about how clean the floor was. This girl is not going to know how he want the floor to look may he needed to explain to her. Instead of yelling at her in the dining room in front customers. He should be fired. Showed this girl no respect.

Hands down the absolute best McDonald’s I have ever been to. The inside is modern, incredibly clean, and well kept. The staff is very nice and service was super quick. Wish every McDonald’s was like this!

I come to this McDonald’s all the time. While the service is usually good, the food is a hit or miss. I got a quarter pounder today and I was shocked to see it was raw in the middle. Tried to call no answer, I’m extremely disappointed.
