At first look, we were a little skeptical at first just from looking at the outside, but we’re extremely pleased upon walking in! Tons of open tables and the wait staff were extremely friendly. Food came out very quickly and was delicious! Personally, we think that the fries are the best because of how they are seasoned, but you can’t go wrong with any of the sides!

This is a FANTASTIC barbecue joint! This is definitely Texas barbecue, so expect lower smoke in the meat, and spicier sauce than other regions.

Everything I took a bite of was better than the one before it. Cornbread was sweet and delicious. The cheese in the jalapeño cheddar sausage was smooth and creamy and the sausage was a nice warm burn, nothing too crazy. Brisket was tender and cut with a fork and the ribs were amazing. The Mac n cheese was very light and tasty, not a thick heavy cheesy. Even managed to make room for the peach cobbler that was cooked in a mini cast iron skillet. Definitely recommend and will be going back again

Ok, so we gave in and decided to give this place a try. I have to say I’m glad that we did! The portions were big, the meat was very tender and flavorful, and the salad and sides were just as good. We’ll be going back. 8-30-2023

First off I’m from the Midwest and Jacks BBQ is one of the only actual BBQ places you’ll find in Washington State that’s worth your time and money.

Ribs taste so good, make you wanna slap yo mama!! Great food, excellent service, and most importantly, ice cold beer. Patio seating is a must…cornhole is optional.

Giving 3 stars because the food was not to standards. The brisket was dry and chicken cold. The service was awesome though, they reheated the chicken and offered extra side to make up for it. I’ll try again and update this review.

Probably the best Texas style brisket in Washington (According to my husband from San Antonio,TX) food was very well prepared and homemade down to the pickles! The Mac and cheese was super creamy and flavorful. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, the service was friendly and prompt. Their homemade barbecue sauce was perfect! I will definitely come here again, I highly recommend!

Highly recommend. As someone who has been making bbq most of their life, this place is great and the staff are amazing. The chef even came out to greet me. I’m definitely going back.

Ok so I want to start out by saying there really wasn’t anything WRONG with this place, it just didn’t knock my socks off…. So here we go, heard about this place on insta and had to stop by, was immediately digging the vibe, sitting outdoors people playing corn hole, clean feeling but still a little rustic, YES nailed that. The young lady who helped us was fantastic and totally helped narrow down the right selection for me, which was a little of all the things. Then the food came out, and TBH a little disappointing… First off the collard greens were to die for, easily the best thing we had. Also the sausage with the cheese was really good. On the next tier down was the potato salad and ribs both were above average. My only complaint was the ribs shouldn’t need BBQ when you use a dry rub… BUT ok, the sauce was good, and the meat tinder. At the bottom of the taste race came in our Mac and cheese, my wife’s chicken sandwich, they just weren’t anything you couldn’t get at any other BBQ place. Mac was a little cold, and needed salt, chicken sandwich was again no seasoning all sauce. And coming in dead last… And guys if your reading this you gotta fix it. The brisket… Did I eat it, yes. Did I enjoy it, I mean it’s brisket so I guess a little. Was it dryer then my wife after I spent 600 on a Ghostbusters replica pack. Absolutely. This stuff was dry guys, tender but dang even that BBQ sauce couldn’t wet it up. Also, the crust, where there is supposed to be flavor, tasted like a floppy wet tasteless noodle. Even the sauce couldn’t fix this brisket. That really made me sad. Anyway, I would say that if I was near by I would stop in again because service was great and them collard greens tho…. But I wouldn’t like seek out coming here from a long distance away.
