Total disaster. Dining area is not clean, and there are spilled drinks on the floor with napkins on top of them. Kitchen looks just as bad with a disgusting floor and items piled around. Had to wait over 15 minutes for two big jack combos. Staff seems totally confused and unable to perform even the most basic food service . 0/10, would not recommend visiting this location. My visit was at 11AM on 10-15-2022.

Stopped by from out of town. Food was good, service was terrible. We’d order one thing and they’d repeat back something not even remotely similar. After a few minutes of constant correcting (despite ordering 2 menu items), we got 2 wrong meals anyway. We cut our losses and went on our way. Food was good despite not being what we ordered.

Never had one issue with any of the server’s and they always get my order right at the drive-thru and in store. The food is always fresh and piping hot. It is probably one of the best restaurants in my local area. You’ve got to get their chicken strips and wing bites.

We always stop for a milkshake and fries on Saturdays. The past 3 times, our milkshakes have been undrinkable… just scoops of ice cream barely blended. We have to sit and let them melt before taking a sip. The fries were barely cooked and had no seasoning on them whatsoever! When we went to get them to replace them, the manager got an attitude. We just left! Really needs to change some things

Hubby just stopped and bought us breakfast cause yes I wanted biscuits and gravy. While he was there the “manager” was raving about the coffee being out while he was trying to give his order to the cashier. Disrupting his ordering towards the cashier. I mean come on if the coffee is out either make it yourself or have someone do it when there is nobody dealing with a customer. Manager also caused hubby to not to be able to order his sandwich correctly so it had mayonnaise on it. First time in a long time we have been very disappointed.

My first time eating at Jack’s and I was not disappointed. I had a very good chicken sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised with the krinkle fries! To top it off they make their shakes with fresh ice cream.
