This is the third time I’ve been to this particular Jack’s and left disappointed again. I normally love this chain, but this one seriously needs a refresher course in public service. I didn’t even order food this time after waiting in line for 20 minutes just to watch the cashier “mosey” away to make drinks. I always understand when a place is slammed, but they could at least hustle a bit! Or smile and offer an apology… something!

I’ve always got some desert from there which I really shouldn’t they don’t give any effort into doing shakes, cones or anything else. This is supposedly 2 scoops of ice cream. Rather disappointed with this location.

Scottsboro Jack’s really fails compared to other locations. They have an average 15 minute wait and ask you to pull forward and wait for simple orders.

Employee at the counter this morning didn’t need to be there. She had a attitude with the customers and would get mad because she kept getting the orders wrong. At one point she got into it with a customer. The ‘manager’ came over and got a attitude with the customer also because he wanted a refund on the order that was wrong. The manager grabbed his food and threw it away and stated she had to give a refund on the whole meal. The customer then gets upset with her because of her attitude and starts cussing her. Then some random employee comes over and starts threatening to call the police. The customer told her that the police doesn’t have to get involved that he just wants a refund. The employee keeps telling him to leave or the police are coming. Then she gets all worked up storming off to get the phone and ends up calling the police over something this petty. The manager and employees need to be put through some customer service and de-escalate classes. This could of been handled a lot better.

This location seems to be getting worse than better. For the last 3 weeks the tea tastes like it’s got soap in it. Shakes are short about 1 to 2 inches from being full. Then the burger today tasted old and stale.

Food waste was on the tables, floor and seats. I will not eat at this Jack’s until it’s cleaned. It was the best of many 3_5 years ago. However I have seen a very poor attitude which can be laid at the feet of cooperation managers. Sorry to see this happening to what was one of the best.

I was totally happy. The fries were fresh n hot. No wait. Chicken was juicy not dry. Stopping in bigger cities sure makes food fresher n I appreciate all my condiment in bag without having ask fast food has went down since covid…and they didn’t ask me pull up…waiting on one customer a time IMO is way do business with courtesy and they were. I hate rude Windows that don’t accommodate disabled. We can’t all speak plain I’ve been told ty sir so many times from throat surgery n metal arm trying get bag at window only get half right in lot place s. Ty
